Our second time staying here and can’t recommend enough! It’s the perfect location for a weekend away. We will be back again!

Simply beautiful place, from the spotless interior to the breathtaking view. Brittany was the best host I’ve had! She was incredibly friendly and accommodating with check-in, and communicated regularly to make sure all my needs were met—even left a handwritten card! Even through cold and rainy weather it was a beautiful, relaxing retreat with everything I needed and more, including great restaurants right below. Would love to visit again!

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend. It was quiet, cozy, and so beautiful right on the water. The private pier and access to their canoe and kayaks (plus life jackets for the whole family) really put this place over the top! The binder included relevant and helpful recommendations for local eateries and fun things to do. The appliance and bathroom were all clean and we had no issues with the washer or dryer :). Highly recommend!

Great views of the marina. This is located in a quiet neighborhood with a couple eateries in walking distance. If you run the neighborhood is very runnable and walkable.

Perfect location for someone interested in historical sites. I was notified in the morning that the space would be available earlier than scheduled. Bedroom was large with ample closet space. Kitchen was adequately equipped. It has a drip coffee-maker and coffee, sugar, and non-dairy creamer. Kitchen table only seats two. Shower stall was roomy. Bring your own detergent if you intend to use the laundry machines. I was quite satisfied.

This apartment had all the best touches of comfort & care from furniture to bathroom decor . We loved staying in the location near all the good bird watching and local new museums . This was a nice find for the money & value !

Great space, location and amenities at Haley’s place. The home itself was perfect for my husband and I as we traveled around southern Maryland. Clean, spacious, well thought out in terms of amenities (mirror, hangers, bathroom was perfectly outfitted.) The location was terrific as we enjoyed walking around town, and enjoying the nearby coffee shop (Social.). Haley’s directions and photos shared with us prior to checking in made it very easy to locate the unit, and the self check-in was terrific/easy. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Haley’s home.

I had a lovely time during my stay. The home was neat, clean and located in the heart of town. Dayna was proactive and responsive. And I look forward to my next visit. Thank you again.

Heather was an amazing host, and the home was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the waterfront views and the peaceful early morning walks are only some of the reasons why I would stay again. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, look no further.

Collette was a very nice host with a nice house that completely matches the description was always available to answer any questions we had, I would book here again when we come back to the area.

The house was amazing. Very spacious and cozy. The description of the house is very on point. There were even Christmas decorations up which added ambiance considering we traveled there for Christmas. We did have to move a few out of harms way(the little kids), but all in all the decorations added flair to the space. There wasn’t much interaction, because everything was great. But we were kept informed of the necessary information.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and this was easily one of the best. Everything was exactly as described, and maybe even better than described. It had tons of amenities and a well stocked kitchen perfect for our large family. Spotless and beautiful. I highly recommend this home and would gladly stay there again.

This was our second stay at Beach Please and it was just as delightful as the first! The house was again squeaky clean, thoughtfully decorated and had plenty of room for our multi-generational family to spread out. Grandparents appreciated the first floor master bedroom and kiddos loved the game room, and the crafts and puzzles upstairs. The neighborhood is peaceful and cozy, with beautiful views in every direction. The addition of the acoustic guitar for songs by the firepit was a major plus, as our ten year old is a music lover and almost brought her own. We had a great stay and would recommend this AirBnB to anyone! Grab a week (or two) and don't think twice.

My wife and I came into town to visit family members that lives on the same street as this Airbnb. This place was perfect for our needs! Nice and cozy, tastefully, decorated, clean, and well set up. Getting in and out was a breeze. The instructions for arrival and leaving were crystal clear and communication was timely. Also, the Wi-Fi worked great! If we return to Colonial Beach in the future, we will check first to see if this home is available! We highly recommend this house

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room, very clean and walkable to most places. The house is actually nicer in person than what the pictures showed. Had a great time and would definitely rent again. Carolyn was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was good and we didn’t need anything.

This place worked wonders for our family vacation. the place is very new and updated with 2 full bathrooms that were clean and spacious for beach time and baths with kids. colonial beach is a hidden gem in a historic little town that seems as though at one point was hustling and bustling but isn't quite as popular as it once was but trying to come back. if your a family looking for a uncrowded beach and some activities to do in the area then this place is great! we actually read about this place being in the heart of historic downtown. only thing we would have loved to see with this place is some outdoor patio spot at the home directly to be able to sit outside together. the location does not really have any night life during the week, not even on 4th of July. we went out at 9 pm and the bar closed at 10 pm which seemed way too early for a Thursday and holiday and being on the beach.

After a little miscommunication on the arrival time, everything was at it should be or better. Great location, clean, responsive well worth it. Great experience and will be back regularly.

We had a great, peaceful stay! It was easy to find the place. Clear instructions. Parking was a breeze. The card, snacks, and waters were a nice touch! Also, I had mentioned bringing kids and there was a high chair for us. I don't know if that's always there but it was so thoughtful. The beds were soo comfy too especially the pillows! Neighbors were friendly and quiet.

Excellent stay and amazing host! The place is huge and has wonderful outdoor spaces. The rooftop deck is incredible. Wonderful views of the town and river. Walkable to the beach and many restaurants. Highly recommend staying here! 10/10!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Scott and Carrie's. The location was GREAT as the walk to downtown Fredericksburg was so close! It was clean and cozy. We would stay here again and would recommend to others!

Had an amazing beachfront experience! I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival.

Jordan & Veronica’s place was cozy, clean, peaceful, and in the perfect location! The description was spot on and the amenities (an iron!! and water/snacks) were great. Walkability in the downtown area and to UMW were perfect for our visit. We hope to return!
