Karen was an absolute wonder of a host. The house was exactly as described and any little hiccups along the way, Karen was super duper quick to respond and resolve our issues. Quiet neighborhood with a variety of restaurants in distance. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone!

The house was perfect for our weeklong stay. Close to restaurants and shopping and very quiet in the evenings. My husband and I worked during the day while my kids played in the perfectly heated pool. I highly recommend this location and Alison was the perfect host.

Second time visiting LA. Second time staying at Johnny’s. As close to home as we can get. It was only me, my mom, son and daughter and everyone could space out. Very nice accommodations for my family. And what can I say about the pool and hot tub? Nothing, but awesome. Private and close to everything including grocery, gas stations and any where else needed. Just a beautiful home! Johnny is very responsive and is a great host. Looking forward to our next visit. Trammell Family

Jeremy’s place was the perfect launching pad for visiting our LA family. It offered total peace and privacy—I loved starting my morning with coffee on the patio—but was also close enough to cafes and restaurants that we could explore on our own. Jeremy was also very helpful and friendly in all our correspondence. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home tucked way up into the Hollywood Hills. Private street and beautiful views from the back of the home. Beds were comfy and the host was very responsive. Just an fyi (maybe it stated this but I missed it) all of the bedrooms are on separate floors from each other. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was great. The location was perfect! We had four adults and two young children staying in the house. It was walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Charles was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend the place.

INCREDIBLE home. I mean the pictures really do not do it justice. If you are on the fence, just do it. There is a wonderful horse ranch just down the hill that you can see from the balcony as well as stunning ocean and mountain views. It stays a little warmer up on the mountain as well and it was very secluded from the wind. 10/10 recommend!

We absolutely loved Stephen and Brian's guest house. It was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with all the amenities that we could have needed. It is on a quiet, beautiful street within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and LA history. Stephen and Brian were welcoming and kind and we would definitely stay in the guest house again.

We got cat fished from a different Airbnb so I booked this spot last minute. It was a night and day difference! Clean, quiet, and accurate to the listing. Host was wonderful, communicative, and gave us a late checkout. I recommend this place if you're visiting Venice Beach!

Katja was a wonderful host and had very helpful and responsive communication. The home was very comfortable and my children loved the pool!! Also, the location is incredible with so many restaurants and shopping nearby, with a short drive to the pier and downtown Santa Monica. It was an amazing experience!!

This little house is precisely as described. The yard was good size and private for our small dog. The area is peaceful and served as a great resting spot after long days of visiting with family and friends. Thx so much!

Hands-down, the place is superior to many other places we have ever been and we do travel a lot. The place was spotless like before, beautiful back yard and each and every item that we needed, we were able to found it in the house. Everything was great ! Excellent Location with unbelievable privacy. We left with the feeling of gratitude not knowing how to thank them.

Beautiful and convenient location in Venice. Easy to get to Abbott Kinney, the beach, shops, etc. Dedicated parking was extremely nice. The back porch area with the slider is very nice for relaxing.

Van’s beautiful home was perfect for my far-flung family of 10 to enjoy for a week at Thanksgiving! The lovely welcome with home-baked cookies and a vase of roses set the tone for our much-anticipated holiday. The home is airy and spacious, and we loved the decor, including the great artwork, books, and accessories. There was plenty of storage space and seating, room to spread out, comfy beds, and having 4 bathrooms was a godsend. The private casita with its own kitchenette was wonderful for my son and his wife, since they needed a quiet place to work for a few days. Our only regret was that the chilly weather kept us from lounging in the great backyard until our last day. Super location near grocery stores, restaurants, and the Santa Monica Pier. Van was a terrific host, very responsive and flexible. AWESOME stay - we give it the highest recommendation!!

Place was great. I’m from the area and just needed a place to stay for the weekend that had space was close enough to the places I needed to be and convenient. Mali was responsive and friendly. I felt I had privacy and it was quiet. Would recommend and hopefully can stay here again in the future
