House vacation rentals in Westlake Village

This place was just as beautiful as the pics! Remote and private, definitely worth every penny! Neighborhood was very calm and quiet, just what we were looking for. Adam was an awesome host! Any questions or concerns, I received a response quickly. The house was beautifully stocked, clean and just what we needed for a big family. We were able to have our own space and eat together in the big open dining room. Everything was perfect. The list in the guidebook helped for when we needed food suggestions. And the hot tub a big plus for the cold. We went for a wedding and were 15 mins out from the venue, it was a big help to be that close to just run back and forth. If weʻre ever in the area, I would not hesitate to book with Adam again. Thank you!

As advertised, heated pool was amazing I loved it

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

Alison’s place was fantastic! It was clean and very charming. We loved the neighbourhood. Nice and close to all our planned activities. The pool and spa in the backyard were amazing. Our kids couldn’t get enough of it. Alison keeps the pool and spa nice and warm. Everything was just perfect. Communication with Alison was always quick and easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were extremely comfortable and there was not anything we “wanted” for. It was beautiful views and surrounding areas. Great stay! Would recommend it to anyone.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan is good for family engagement. Spacious kitchen. Readily accessible to local restaurants and activities via car. Enjoyed the pool table. Did not use the swimming pool or hot tub due to cooler winter weather, but these would be very nice amenities as the temperature rises. Furniture is typical of what is expected for a vacation rental unit but is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good shape and have modern finishings. The refrigerator is immaculate. Modern/clean washer and dryer. Johnny is an excellent host. Communication was great and on point. He checked in on us and let us know he was available but otherwise gave us our space to enjoy our family time over the winter holiday. Thank you for the full rack of K-cups. We put them to good use. We would definitely stay with Johnny again.

This was the first ‘not hotel’ we stayed in after we lost our house in the Palisades fire - Charles and John were amazing! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodate our date. The house is very quiet, cute and well equipped in a great location. It will always have a special place in our hearts :-) it is well priced for a short term rental.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, it was fairly quiet for being in the middle of so many great areas, and it was clean and welcoming. The sofa bed is not the most comfortable, but it is definitely manageable, and the main bed is very nice. Would absolutely stay here again!

Katja was a wonderful host and had very helpful and responsive communication. The home was very comfortable and my children loved the pool!! Also, the location is incredible with so many restaurants and shopping nearby, with a short drive to the pier and downtown Santa Monica. It was an amazing experience!!

I had a wonderful stay at Vardan’s property. The AirBnB exceeded expectations in its spaciousness and amenities provided, as well as its ease of access, comfort and privacy and quiet. It had everything I needed and went above and beyond my usual AirBnB experience. One of the best places I ever stayed in, and that is saying something because I use Airbnb a lot. The house has character, is beautiful, conviniente located. I felt at home, and I wished I lived there. van and his wife were amazing she cooked amazing cookies and muffins for us. I loved every second spend there. The garden house is beautiful and give more privacy for somo guest. Everything was working perfectly. I highly recommend!!

Place was great. I’m from the area and just needed a place to stay for the weekend that had space was close enough to the places I needed to be and convenient. Mali was responsive and friendly. I felt I had privacy and it was quiet. Would recommend and hopefully can stay here again in the future

I can’t say enough about how nice this place is. Located close to everything we needed. Whole Foods within walking distance, freeway close by and a comfortable, quiet location. The weather was beautiful and sitting on the deck was so nice. We really appreciated how available Robert was. I am definitely keeping this place on my favorites list for anytime I am in LA.
