Janet and Lloyd's home was our initial landing place for our move to the UK from North America. Impeccably outfitted, decorated, and well provisioned. Convenient connections to London as well as backyard access to the Kentish countryside complete with vineyards, golf, history, walking trails, and of course - pubs. We had a lovely family break at Sonya’s place. The property is in a quiet residential area which was easy to find with plenty of parking. Inside was bright, welcoming and comfortable. The kids (aged 7 and 5) enjoyed the games room, the PS4, the breakfast bar and the option to eat on the balcony! We didn’t need one of the bedrooms & it meant the kids had extra space if they wanted which was handy. It was really relaxing indoors & we had everything we needed. We recommend Rossi’s ice cream bar & Padrino pizzeria on Westcliffe beach, Belfairs Park/ nature reserve, Adventure Island & Chalkwell Park (if travelling with kids) and of course Sonya’s place! We’d stay again.

Flat is beautiful and in a perfect location close to the town centre. Very easily accessible. Harry is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

We stayed at Ian's for 6 nights & we found the house clean & comfortable. The beds were really comfortable & the area was quiet. It was lovely having the garden especially as the weather was dry & sunny. We now live in Scotland & travelled down south to visit friends & family & as we know the area reasonably well this location was ideal. Ian was available if we had any queries & he was a great host

5 STARS!! This is my 3rd stay and it never disappoints. It always feels like a true home away from home. The rooms are spacious and clean, and it comes with necessary appliances a home could need. The host was responsive, but rarely needed to be contacted because everything was in place. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay—definitely a five-star experience and I will be back!

The house and all amenities lovely - all very homely but you feel your in a house thats been tailor made for you - we loved all the rooms and the furniture - everything was comfortable, and while the house has a lived in feel, its so comfortable and clean, with very nice furniture that the lived in part just adds to how nice and well kept the house is. We all slept well, beds were comfy and bedding and pillows were clean and comfy too. Extra bedding was available which made movie night fun. Will definitely be booking again.

We stayed at this property over the Christmas week to visit family. We needed a home with 4 bedrooms, and this was perfect for our needs. The bedding was pristine, and the house clean and tidy. The communication with Charlie was excellent. If circumstances arise we would definitely come back.

Looked exactly like the pictures, Debbie gave very clear instructions on how to retrieve the keys, very responsive. I had booked on extremely short notice and she was able ti respond very quickly and sort it out. I enjoyed my stay very much and hope to be back soon.

I stayed in this flat with my family, I was nice and clean flat with all the essential appliances, there is also a beautiful backyard. the area was so peaceful and walkable with alot of amenities, also it is near to beach walk with amazing view. thank you Chris & Hilary ⚘️⚘️ for your comfortable guesting and unlimited help and support. I was visiting Chelmsford to see my family but mainly because my Grand- Daughter was appearing in the ice show at the local sports arena. Space with my family was limited because of interest in the ice show so I decided to stay locally at an Airbnb. Nita’s was the place I chose. The flat was superb – a carefully designed self-contained space that was roomy, airy, quiet and immaculate. The use of roof lights brought masses of daylight into the Living/Dining room which had a very comfortable settee. There was everything in the kitchen that I needed. The shower-room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Communication was excellent with Nita and I wanted for nothing. The flat is ideal for exploring South Essex with Southend-on-Sea and Frinton-on-Sea not many miles away. There is a local shopping area with a Co-op for groceries and some nice eating places and there is a large park very close by. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfortable and the flat decoration was modern and with good amenities. Communication was excellent with clear instructions and the location of the property was perfect, close to Strood station. Dan was approachable, flexible, responsive and kind. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the high street with its great selection of shops and restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to the sea front. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is very quiet. The flat is wonderfully eclectic and tastefully decorated, and the host was fantastic—very caring and responsive, addressing all our needs promptly. Our family, especially our toddler, felt right at home. There were plenty of toys, books, and even a train track set up upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and kept our little one entertained while we settled in. We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.
