We had a lovely stay at Nicholas’s flat. It was very homely clean and comfortable with all needs covered. Very central to Todmorden on a lovely cobbled street and had a great view over the canal. We will definitely be back. Thank you Nicholas!

Very tastefully furnished and even closer to the train station than we thought! The door was tricky to locate initially as the cafe bar underneath is being extended and there were multiple “wooden doors” due to the construction. We asked a security guard at the cafe who was quick to point the door out and once inside the rest was easy to follow with good instruction on how to use the amenities in the apartment. The apartment is very centrally located and overlooks an all year round heated cafe bar terrace so it was very busy on the night we stayed (Saturday in December). We didn’t get back until gone 3am which was after the cafe bar closed and we got a good night sleep so suited the needs of our stay brilliantly 👌

Second time staying here, would highly recommend - the extra heaters and playing cards were perfect touches for this time of year. Can’t fault anything!

Great property not far from Leeds city centre

Great location, tranqual atmosphere, super responsive host, amazing breakfast nearby, drivable to awesome spots in peak district, we even managed to find a farming activity for our kid. Happy with our choice and strongly recommend it

Exactly as described and pictures are representative. Communication before arrival and details for key pickup etc all great, and apartment was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend for any Wetherby visits!

I’ve only just had the chance to leave a review but I stayed here while I visited for a concert with my boyfriend the beginning of December and I changed this last minute and Ali was still happy to accommodate, he was very pleasant and reliable, the welcome book was very helpful with ideas on where to visit, we did decide on Christmas markets in the end though but would still recommend him as a host and the property. Would go back if we ever visit again and need somewhere local to stay :)

We had a lovely weekend in Leeds and the apartment was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and Jay was extremely responsive. The kitchen was clean and well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were pristine and showers were good. All in all a very good find and we will use again

This was a great place to stay. It's very clean and modern inside, and the beds are very comfortable. It was great having two bedrooms, a separate lounge, a full kitchen and a washing machine as well.. so much space for everyone. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any queries. Just be aware that there are two steep staircases in the property, which were no problem at all for us, but may be difficult for someone with mobility issues. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Three of us stayed in this apartment for the weekend. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location just minutes from the city centre. It is spacious with good sized bedrooms and a large living/dining space with all the amenities you could need. The balcony gave great views of the river and the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in the flat. it was very peaceful and we slept really well. the place was spotless and really tidy. It was homely and we felt at home. The beds were very comfortable, the flat was warm and the shower was great. The kitchen was well equipped and had lots of great utensils and a coffee pot. Janet was very quick to message us. The corner shop next door was really handy. It was great for a weekend and we would come back.

it's a very clean practical place to stay in and very quiet with trees around. For those sensitive to lights the outside lights were rather bright.

WOW! Is all I can say. This place was absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do this place any justice. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how beautiful and well-maintained everything was. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, even provided us with a list of the best food places to go to making the entire experience even better. The highlight for me was the private sauna room and hot tub downstairs—such a luxurious touch! This place is done to a very high standard, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Amazing Stay at the Apartment with Jacuzzi! I had an unforgettable stay at this incredible apartment with a Jacuzzi. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and spacious design. The highlight, of course, was the luxurious Jacuzzi – perfect for unwinding after a long day. It was impeccably clean, and the water temperature was just right, creating a relaxing oasis. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was ideal, close to everything I needed. Nice and clean, lovely lots of extra’s like slippers. Easy lock box to get in but for some reason he was adamant to let us in himself. Hot tub is a bonus. Shower wasn’t working for us, I’m sure he’s sorted it now. Great central location

We really enjoyed staying here. It was easy to find and a lovely location. The apartment was clean and well laid out. We loved the decor and all the homely touches which was unlike other airbnbs we have stayed at. The hot tub was great for relaxing with a lovely garden. The facilities including breakfast were great. We would definitely stay again, thank you for sharing your space to let us enjoy it.
