Great location. Clean space. Quieter than anticipated which was awesome. Would definitely recommend. Gary very responsible and helpful.

Very clean, assortment of activities provided. WiFi was a problem some days but they helped me out with another option which was very helpful since I was working while there. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Colleen was very a very responsive host. After booking, response time was about 5-10 minutes, so it was very helpful to plan the trip and got all the questions answered. The place was like in the pictures, all clear instructions were provided and we could call it home for the rest of our trip. I highly recommend to stay and enjoy the weather, place and Florida in full!

An absolutely perfect stay. Check in/out was super easy. When we had an issue with something breaking, the resolution came quickly and pleasantly. The location is right across the street from the beach, a very easy walk. We had our kids with us and they were very welcome and happy here. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook daily and even a grill with a gas burner to cook outside as well. Free laundry was awesome to have. Plenty of towels and blankets provided. Thank you for a problem free stay!

Everyone was really nice. We planned to be out a lot and just needed a clean bed, warm shower and a kitchen. This was a simple place that was everything we need. Well taken care of and being a half block off A1A was perfect. A bit calmer and still easy walk to beach and bustle.

Very satisfied with our places, we were given unit five that come with lots of windows for nice daylight. Very comfy bed in huge room. The place is dated but well maintained as walkway are freshly painted and spotless as for the building. Coming from up north, you are asked to take your garbage out every day, when I ask about that. I was told that pest control come twice a week and that taking your garbage out is part of controlling and it works didn’t see any bugs throughout our stay. Short walk to the beach less than three minutes, nice beach not a lot of people on the beach, If the place stay the same, I would definitely come back, thanks to Marie and Scott

This is our third time staying here. I keep coming back because it is a great value for the price and it is exactly as described. It's a small and quiet little resort with very friendly and accommodating property managers. It's clean and it's really close to the beach. The pool is also clean and the property is well taken care of. We will definitely be again and again.

Had a wonderful stay at 3 Palms. Room was just as advertised, clean, well furnished and close to all. The on site managers were very helpful and always available to help or answer any questions. Highly recommend! This was our second stay at the property and can't wait to go back again.

It was a great stay! The area it is in is our favorite part of Palm Beach, close and walkable to the beach, restaurants, etc. The space was clean and had everything we needed. Early check-in wasn’t super flexible / seemed out of the control of the host due to it being a hotel which was a little unfortunate but other than that our stay was great and easy. It is pricey, but worth it for the location and not having to drive anywhere. Everything in this area is very expensive, so not surprising.

I had an amazing stay at Marie-Elena’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! Marie-Elena was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. She even arranged a car for airport pickup and drop-off, which was punctual, comfortable, and exceeded all expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience!

We spent a long weekend in Lauderdale by the Sea in William’s place, La Mer. William was always quick to respond, friendly, and informative. We had no issues during our stay but felt like he would have resolved anything we brought to his attention. The location is wonderful! It’s peaceful within the gate but close to everything LBTS offers. The beach is a quick walk and William provides everything you need. Our unit was nicely updated and had a super comfortable mattress. Check in and out are a breeze and William gave us very clear instructions which was great since our plane was late and we arrived close to midnight. Thank you for having us; we hope to be back soon!!

This location near the beach is exactly what we were looking for. Just about a block away there is an entrance to the beach with an area to rinse off. The beach is clean and the water in this area is calm and perfect for children to play safely. It is midway between the lighthouse and the pier, so excellent for walking and catching the sunrise. It was only a short walk the other direction to enjoy watching the sunset at a small grassy park with benches facing the intercoastal Canal. This is actually a stop for the water taxi that is fairly inexpensive. Looks Very cool, and next time we will try that. The room itself was clean with big windows , and actually had a bathtub, which I love. The mattress was a little bit firmer than I am used to, but might please other people better. The only downside is there isn’t better coffee options close by. There is a standard coffee pot in the room. Overall, everything was wonderful, and our host was communicative and helpful.

If you know the Palm Beach Hotel, then you know most of the units are basically studios. This one is a legit 2 room with large Terrace. Absolutely delightful!
