This place is really well located! We walked to dinner almost every night and Publix right across the street was so convenient! The patio at night was a great place to relax and enjoy the Palm Beach weather!

We absolutely loved our stay here! I’m a content creator on tik tok & was so pleased to have such a clean & elegant place to stay at to have for good content! Not only did we love how the space was so modernized & upscale, our host was also so very nice & actually upgraded our room to the white orchid which we didn’t have to pay extra for a way nicer room! We are thankful for that because we ended up getting engaged as well & was so nice to come home to a very nice clean place! This will now be a very special place for us. Definitely will be back!

Josh and Maria were great hosts. Place was excellent and as described. Excellent location in Palm Beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Would book again.

If you’re looking for a wellness center for a getaway and a restart to your life. This is the place. The beach is about a two minute walk. Amrit has a wellness spa on the first and second floor. On the first floor they have a sauna a steam room, cold plunge pool as well as a cold plunge walk through pool. They have a hot tub. A salt mineral room to sit in and have a conversation as well as a swimming pool. They provide just about everything and anything you can imagine. If you want to come out feeling refreshed I recommend checking out the rest of the spa on the second floor. Mind you it’s not included and you’ll have to pay for any extras. But it’s decently priced and good for you.

We would definitely return! There was not a single thing that could have been done better in this little studio apartment! We really felt right at home the second we walked in… And unfortunately, we had absolutely terrible weather for the two days we stayed there. It rained nonstop, but the unit was super bright, I don’t think we ever turned on lights except for in the evening. The owners are gracious and thought of everything anyone would want on a vacation by the beach, convenient with beach, chairs, and umbrellas and an easy walk down to the ocean. Excellent restaurants nearby. All around I give it an A+

This was my 2nd time at Gary's place and I had been yearning to come back. I'm so glad I did. I came for a self-imposed writing retreat, and was not disappointed. The room is perfect for 1 or two people... the beach was directly across the street and eatery's were nearby. I took a tour of the Jupiter lighthouse which was delightful. Gary was available to answer any questions and point me in the right direction.

Marie has done a fantastic job with Fernando Flats. It's got a great old Florida vibe to it and is very welcoming and comfortable. I had to change my plans several times and Marie was very accommodating and helpful. The pool area is very inviting with nice lounge chairs and even a sweet little waterfall/pond. There are plenty of umbrellas too if needed to shade yourself from the sun. The pool water temperature was nice and warm yet refreshing. You can tell so much love & care was put into this property. My room was so lovely - extremely comfortable and well appointed. Marie's assistant, Carmen is an absolute gem and super helpful too. The path to the beach is literally less than a five minute walk. Fernando Flats oozes charm, comfort and old Florida warmth. Can't wait to visit again! As an Airbnb Super host with a Guest Favorite property, I highly recommend Fernando Flats. You won't be disappointed!
