I loved staying here and would 100% recommend! Bedilyn and her brother Eugie have 3 little self built bamboo huts on the beach. The huts are simple but have everything you need (electricity, fan, bathroom). Their wonderful family hangs around there as well, which immerses you in a local experience. Bedilyn cooked the fresh caught octopus or fishes for me, or I went to a restaurant next door. The sunsets are stunning. If you walk 5 min on the beach you can find calm spots to fully relax and enjoy the sea. It was a really beautiful experience 💙

The place is absolutely gorgeous.. we had a stunning view and a lot of privacy. The island is very remote, we loved we had a kitchen because this way we didn’t have to order every meal, but we could cook breakfast ourselves. Genny was incredibly available and helped in everything we needed. We had massages almost every day with Carmia, a very sweet lady and the best masseuse. If you are there we suggest you to do it because it’s totally worth it. We found the price for the boat transport absolutely too much (7000 pesos in total) but there is no other way to get there so this is it. We stayed for two days and it was ok for us, we wouldn’t have stayed much longer, if you don’t book a day trip there is not much to do on the island. Our bedroom didn’t have an outdoor canopy or umbrella so it was impossible to sit outside during the day. We asked for it and we have been told to go to the beach under the mangroves, but even there there is not much space to lay or chill in the shadow.

Beyond all expectations! We didn't want to leave. We had a lovely double room - master with en-suite with views over the sea. Enjoyed staying in a home, loved all of the meals and were so looked after with Janette and Simon arranging amazing snorkelling trips, boat transfers to Culion, massages, guided historical tour of the former leper colony which was so inspiring. The island hopping is much more peaceful away from Coron. For anyone looking to dive, or learn to dive, it is so perfect. Careful - we might join the other repeat visitors!
