We enjoyed our stay. The space was very clean and comfortable. The backyard is beautiful! The white noise machines were a must use. There was also clear communication between us and the hosts. Really appreciated our stay.

Comfortable room with wonderful swimming pool. Maggie is well organized and communicated well.

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

Johnny's home is a beautiful retreat in a quiet residential neighborhood. The backyard with pool and hottub is a perfect place to gather with friends and family at the end of the day. Johnny is a wonderful communicator he was always available for us, he got back to us very quickly. I would highly recommend this home. We would stay here again.

The house was nice and good size for our group. The location was pretty good for what we had planned. We landed on this place specifically because of the pool and hot tub. We wish we had been told the specifics of using them beforehand because we arrived to an ice cold pool & jacuzzi. But after Gevorg finally responded we were told there is a fee to heat everyday, they cant be heated at sametime, and pool takes 8-10 hrs to heat. But once the confusion was cleared up, Gevorg was quick to respond and the pool/jacuzzi was an amazing addition to our trip!!! Gevorg was very kind and welcoming and quick to fix the situation.

Beautiful home, with tons of space and very functional whether you’re a group of adults or have small children. I was able to get in my morning walks. Coffee and bagel shops are within walking distance. Loved our stay! We will be back!

Historic home in great location. Right in the middle of all the action! The park across the street was very enjoyable. We were in town for a Gregory Isakov concert and it was only 10 minutes from the Disney Concert Hall. It is a fairly busy area so keep that in mind. Host is extremely hospitable, responsive, and communicative. We would stay again.

Exactly what I expected it to be looks exactly like the pictures! Super peaceful and quiet neighborhood and good parking, easy access to get into, house was very clean, host was super nice and communicable. The little beds were nice as more people could fit, one bed also had a pull out.

Your place was so inviting and we loved the decor. (Comfy bed too!)

In dozens of Airbnb stays over more than a decade, Rochelle's place is THE most beautiful house my husband and I have ever stayed in. It is a gorgeous Spanish style home with museum quality artwork and lovely courtyard spaces where we relaxed with our coffee every morning for a week. The tile work in the bathrooms made my jaw drop. The amazing thing though is that the house is as comfortable as it is beautiful; it feels lovingly lived in. It's like you are a privileged guest in someone's home rather than in a vacation rental. The house is also clean and well equipped, including a kitchen with a multitude of appliances and supplies. The central location is stellar. It is 10 min walk to The Grove, the Original Farmer's Market, LACMA, the Museum of Motion Pictures, and restaurants and markets. We also drove to Universal Studios, Grand Central Market, Griffith Park, and Venice Beach in 25 minutes. Rochelle could not have been more gracious and responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Lovely home. It looked exactly like the pictures. Very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful. Plenty of towels. Centrally located. Unfortunately, we visited LA during a heatwave. Four straight days of over a 100 degrees. Only one of the bedrooms had AC. The other two had fans. Communication was fantastic. Would recommend this house.

Had such a great stay here! The house was super cute and the private patio and garden were perfect for hanging out or getting some work done outside. I also made a couple of new dog friends — they were the sweetest! The neighborhood is really pretty and walkable, which made it easy to explore and feel right at home.

This 3 bedroom home with many indoor & outdoor spaces was the perfect home base center for a weeklong family of 4 vacation to Los Angeles in late March. Circa 1920's Spanish style bungalow with a relaxed, comfortable, lived-in yet tidy vibe. House was very well supplied, especially the kitchen - open any drawer or cabinet and all the supplies you could possibly need from coffee grinder to culinary knives, bowls, dish ware, etc. are there. Front loading washer and dryer in the basement with soap & dryer sheets at the ready -super handy. We hosted a family brunch for 8 comfortably on the back deck which is perched on a hillside with views to downtown LA as well as the hills of the Silver Lake neighborhood. Our host Corina was extremely responsive without being obtrusive. We had a minor issue with internet speed and she had the ISP company come and change the router the next day - amazing! Easy on & off street parking. Private yard w/ great plantings. Would definitely return!

I had an amazing stay at Brooke's beautiful home in the Hollywood Hills. It was super clean, well-maintained, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe — it honestly felt like a home away from home. I stayed with my dogs, and it was perfect for us. The neighborhood felt really safe and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and settle in. Brooke was a fantastic host — super friendly, easy to communicate with, and genuinely helpful without ever being overbearing. You can tell she really puts care into both the space and the guest experience. Overall, just a great spot. Comfortable, clean, and in an awesome location. Would absolutely stay here again — highly recommend it if you're looking for a chill, well-kept place with a great host.

A unique and lovely house close to the action but in a peaceful setting. The front garden is a magical oasis that I did not want to leave. House had everything you need for a great stay.

The home was full of character and charm! It was located in a quite, clean and peaceful neighborhood! The pictures don’t do it justice- the place was great and perfect for what I needed for 4 guests. I appreciated that each room had its own AC and heater. I found myself constantly admiring the home and it’s landscape at dawn during my evening strolls. They have truly utilized each space of the home to be as efficient without losing the airiness and harmony. Writhing a few minutes of a pharmacy, gas station, grocery store, restaurants. Within 12 min you have Baldwin Hill Scenic Overview with the views of the whole city and Dockweiler State Beach- perfect places to see the sunrise, sunset or workout! Thank you to our hosts for all the support and privacy during our stay! I would definitely be interested in renting this property again!

This was a great home base for us. Close to Santa Monica, Venice and Playa Vista. We a really cute bungalow on a quiet street. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

This rental was better than the photos, charming and comfortable, fully equipt kitchen, comfortable beds, clean space, and outdoor space with a stunning view. The location is like no other. Debbie was an absolute pleasure. She was helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.
