The guesthouse was amazing. Clean, comfortable, well kept and maintained. There were clear and helpful instructions for everything from the lighting to the hot tub. Helpful amenities. Easy parking and a quiet, nice neighborhood. George was super responsive and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this host and property.

Amazing stay for all the right reasons - beautiful surroundings, wonderful, fully stocked kitchen, clean, 5 min from everything, yet private foothill location. Will definitely be back, we loved our stay and felt well taken care of. Highly recommend .

What a beautiful little studio space! We stayed here with our toddler for a weekend visiting friends and we were able to fit the travel crib in the walk in closet. There was a spacious bedroom, a big bathroom with a great shower, and little living space with a solid kitchen. We didn’t realize we would be sharing walls with others’ living spaces, so worried a bit about the noise of our toddler, but other than that, it was better than expected! Thank you for providing this beautiful home away from home!

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

Great spot with a big kitchen and dining table and walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, and the library. perfect for a family gathering and nice to have a pack and play provided for our baby

Tony and Shelly's place was so amazing, welcoming, and lovely! The backyard area was beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect area for our dog. All of the furniture was very comfortable and the decorations were charming and inviting. We had a wonderful time, it's our new favorite air bnb in the So Cal region!

Beautiful stay! & such a great communicative host! Was in town for an event at the queen mary and it was such a quick/easy drive there, only about 5 miles away. Home was perfect for two couples, super walkable and close to beach, restaurants & more stores. We walked everywhere & took a Lyft to queen mary. We were able to park one car in the garage & it was very convenient! Very clean, nice views, love the style of the home. Heater works great, overall very nice home and we all enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable accommodations, and in a nice location, especially if you are into hiking or bicycling. It’s a short ride down the hill to the beach and a route all the way down to Marina del Rey. Nice business district close by to the house with restaurants and markets, and on Sunday a farmers market. Lots to choose from. Our host was very nice and allowed us to park our bikes securely in the garage. The house was very well stocked and visitor friendly, and the back patio had a great view overlooking Temescal canyon and a bit of the ocean.

This was our first visit. Beautiful little cottage, very nice inside. Was equipped with all our needs kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Julia was so sweet, she greeted us when we first arrived from our long drive. She even had the heater on, so we walked into a toasty home. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

definitely a nice location if you want to be in a peaceful and quiet area. not too far from san clemente, dana point and SJC. so that’s a plus. not too far from the spectrum either.

This home is full of character and charm… inside and out! Backyard is really lovely and serves as an extension to the living space in sunny So Cal…we would return in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at Kate’s while our house was being repaired from a plumbing issue. It was wonderfully located near lots of walking paths, a coffee shop/cafe, and easy to get to Belong Shore for holiday activities. Kate was highly responsive, friendly, and helpful! Our dogs also appreciated the accessible yard. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay in greater Newport Beach ! The apartment is lovely, decorated with warm, beachy chic and flawless renovation to the kitchen, flooring and bathroom. We used the entire space, including the downstairs studio, which gave wonderful privacy to our adult son and his fiancé — as well as to working remotely which my husband had to do during our 5 day visit. We loved the sunny balcony, warm and well equipped kitchen, and comfy bedrooms. We also appreciated the host’s quick response time to minor questions we had to small concerns like turning on fans or other amenities. We loved convenience of safe neighborhood walking or short Ubers to local brunch places, Mother’s market, beaches, Farmers Market, Balboa Island, and Fashion island shopping with fine dining. We securely will come back to stay here in our next trip to Orange County.

Clara and David's place is comfortable, well-appointed, and in a great location. (Don't miss the cakes at Alcove!). Clara and David went above and beyond by making sure I had baking equipment I needed for a potluck dessert. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Burbank near our family. Clean and well stocked to get started. Local store right up the road. Host very helpful in answering questions. Will stay again when we are out in California!

Susy was a great host! Very accommodating, hospitable and flexible. The home was great, spacious, had lots of activities to keep the kids busy- namely the game room and pool. Susy was a great communicator. I'd totally stay here again!

loved this place. it was quiet and close to disneyland. Whitney was really responsive and helpful. the kitchen utensils were pretty limited but had enough since we ate out most meals. very comfortable beds and giant backyard for the kids to run around in.

Carmen’s dream house was such a beautiful stay so close to Disneyland and stores and fast food restaurants. Very clean and nice neighborhood very quiet. Def recommend
