Monthly Rentals in West Asheville

We loved staying at Arvin's place in West Asheville. This home is beautifully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. Great location on a quiet block walking distance to the main road, Haywood rd., which is filled with restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries and more. Arvin was a great host, incredibly responsive whenever we had a question and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Highly recommend this spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and already booked a return trip! This property is well kept, fully stocked, and in a great location. It was our first time staying in West Asheville so it was fun to walk to The Owl Bakery, Battlecat, Pizza Mind, New Belgium, and to the top of the hill for a beautiful view. Rebekah and Cameron are very quick to respond and were very helpful with a small door repair that came up - they had it fixed the next day! You can tell that they really care about the place and I’ve never seen a rental so well organized. Thank you for a great stay, see you next summer!

Derrick was a wonderful host, very friendly and extremely accommodating. The place was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We truly felt right at home. We even got to enjoy having coffee on the front porch in the morning. Located in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to everything. We were in Ashville to visit our daughter and would definitely stay at Derrick’s place when we return. We would definitely recommend Derrick’s Airbnb. Cindy and Robert

Dawn’s place was just as advertised- quaint and private. The location is fantastic - walkable to locations in West Asheville & RAD and a short drive/Lyft into downtown. Would definitely book again.
