I have so many good things to say about this place!! It was perfect and Daniel was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this spot. We hope to return next time we stay on the Cape!

The house is lovely. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and great for entertaining. We are already planning a return trip!

We just got back from a week’s stay at Paul’s home. I was looking for a place that allowed 2 dogs and had a fenced in yard. This home was it! Biggest yard I’ve seen, my dogs loved it. Outdoor seating (we got lucky with a warm Nov week), spacious bedrooms, great layout allowing for privacy upstairs and downstairs, comfortable beds. It was great on many levels! Short drive to many restaurants and of course the beach which the dogs were allowed as it’s off season. It’s is a quiet residential area but close to everything you need. Paul was communicative, responsive and super nice. I would definitely recommend this home for people with kids, dogs or anybody really. Oh and it was spotless!

This was an all around 5 star stay. It was comfortable upon arrival; spacious, extremely clean and so well appointed. Monica’s detailed instructions and check in were so perfect and very welcome after a long ride. It was very easy to walk to the market and a nice breakfast spot. I already look forward to making another trip and staying with Monica it was that fabulous.
