Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Wellington City Council

Julie is a great host and her house is beautiful. It’s so nice looking out at the ocean from the huge living room windows and the place is very cute. There is a bit of traffic noise in the bedrooms which you wouldn’t necessarily expect given the serene location but it’s not a big deal and definitely still worth staying.

Fantastic with everything you could possibly need pretty much right on the doorstep. The house is huge - we stayed for a family holiday and we could all go off for some alone time and not feel on top of eachother. The living area, dining area and kitchen are large and communal. Loved sitting out on the deck in the afternoon sun. The beds were comfortable and clean with good quality linens. Wonderful shower - hot with great pressure. Everything was supremely clean. Pets loved the secure backyard. Did I mention the location? Super handy for everything. The coffee from Forage merchants and Alice town espresso (both a 5 min walk away) is excellent.

Nice place tomstay, close to city, the access was a bit confusing, but that was mostly my mistake for not readimg the instructions.

Lovely home with everything you needed for a weekend away. Super convenient location to the train station. Would recommend to anyone :)

This residence was exactly as described. It was roomy, had washer and dryer, clean and very easy to use. I would definitely recommend again. We had a few small issues but they were resolved and tended to so felt heard and appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely perfect location for exploring Wellington. 5 mins walk from Cuba St where all bars and restaurants are. Apartment quiet though. Very comfortable and stylish place - we stayed with grown up children and partners and the separate floors worked very well for us. The hosts were really friendly and helpful

A beautiful place to stay. Quiet and peaceful but convenient to everything including shops, places to see and events centre. Couldn't be more helpful hosts. Spotlessly clean and welcoming plus everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. Parking was a breeze. Highly recommended and I hope to stay again.

My husband and I had an excellent month-long stay at Julie's apartment. The neighborhood is quiet, in a beautiful, peaceful area of Wellington, close to my daughter's house. The village of Khandallah is just a five-minute walk from the apartment and has a few small shops, a supermarket, and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, safe, quiet, and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable, the living room and the bathroom are spacious, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook comfortably. Julie is an excellent host, friendly and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend Cashmere Retreat if you are visiting Wellington!

Very lovely and cozy. Beautiful sunlight. I personally love the kitchen area and the small balcony. At night it can be loud but it's not that big problem. Overall my family love it. Located in the city centre, it's very easy to get around and travel from the airport by bus. There're supermarket and convenient store nearby. It's close to the museum and a nice haborside. The check-in instuction was very clear and easy to follow. Kelly was very responsive. My family had a great time staying at Kelly's place and definitely consider booking this place again.

Amazing spot, one of my new favourites in Wellington. Easy to get to the main streets and quiet enough to relax out on the deck! Stunning views and we loved watching the planes

Spacious apartment great location.

Fantastic experience all around. The apartment was in a prime location. It was such a great size for 6 of us with plenty of spaces and areas to all catch up in. Plenty of beds, bathrooms. So comfortable. Funky and fun. Great inner city apartment vibe. Great kitchen. Super helpful and accommodating owner. This was a top notch experience. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

We loved Sue’s place! Everything was just as described and photos are accurate. The views are incredible!! We enjoyed our morning tea/coffee at the window, watching bay traffic go by. Sue was a fantastic host and we enjoyed visiting with her - Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us Sue! 😊

Our stay in Adam&Judiths apartment was wonderful! Beautiful house, very central yet quiet. Easy to walk everywhere. stunning view from the kitchen . Can highly recommend to stay here :-)

Loved Wayne’s place. He really thought of everything from the washer and dryer and providing laundry detergent to all the kitchen equipment and lovely breakfast. Eating at the table was surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees-so peaceful! I especially loved that he offered to bring us coffee in the morning-so thoughtful and much better than instant!! We had so much room and so many places to relax in comfortable chairs and couches. I only wish we could have stayed there longer!

Close to the city and comfy and clean and easy to access

Fantastic location! Walkable to Cuba Street and Courtenay Place. The place itself was very clean and homely. We would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay during Wellington Fringe Festival. Easy to get around to venues for the festival and for other site seeing. Loved exploring Wellington from this place. Home well stocked and comfortable like a fun friend had lent you their flat.

Blair's place was terrific. There was ample room for our party of four. Great location next to Moore Wilsons (overpriced grocery chain - but lovely wines, pastries, cheese, travelling indulgences, etc). Very walkable location. We would definitely stay again.

Staying at Adrienne‘s beautiful place felt very homey. Adrienne is a very nice, lovely and funny person. She sent me all the necessary information and more before my arrival and even let me check in earlier. The place is spotless and so comfy! I can highly recommend Adrienne as a host. I felt so safe as a solo female traveler.

The apartment is equipped with literally everything you might need. As it is right in the centre/ CBD you can reach many interesting places without a car. It is a bit on the louder side due to traffic but nothing too bad. We felt very comfortable there.
