Great house in a beautiful location. Excellent amenities, beautiful design, perfect for travelling with pups. A few notes: - The # of steps up to the unit might be underestimated by a factor of ~5. Not recommended unless you're reasonably fit. - The bedroom doors don't latch. There are hook-style locks provided....on the outside of the door. Not a huge deal, just means you need to shove something under the door if you want to keep the dogs from nosing their way in. - The water from the tap gets _really_ hot. This is great for some things (shaving) and less great for others (shower, dishwashing) Overall an excellent spot!

Beautiful spacious home with lots of amenities. Located off the main street so was very quiet and private. Check in was easy and clear instructions from Gabbie. The house was extremely clean and we felt right at home. Thank you Gabbie for a wonderful stay.

The house is quite spacious and comfortable. We arrived late cuz we driving down from AKL at the same day. And Crystal prepared drink and food for us then we can fed ourselves after a long traveling. Meanwhile, crystal also prepared cable lead after we noticed we got a Tesla to charge. Anyway you will never regret to stay this awesome place.

We had a great stay here. The house is lovely and has great views over the water. We had our own car and access to all parts of Wellington was easy. We’re quite a bit fitter for the walk up the stairs each day, but the cable car access is great also.

I used Jonathan's place for a personal branding Photoshoot. The place was incredibly clean, beautifully designed and organised and yet very homely too. It had everything you needed and so much more. Incredibly easy to check in and out and very warm inside. It served me the purpose I needed and it made me want to stay overnight because the place was so delightful

My husband and I loved this place! Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and that is saying a lot. We took the bus to go downtown which was easy and inexpensive. We walked in the native gardens right next to the property. We walked to the grocery. Even though we had a car we never needed it. The porch was our favorite place and we sat and watched the birds. So peaceful and seemed worlds away from the city. Highly recommend this beautiful home and grounds.

Great location, everything you need for a comfortable stay that is hassle free

We had a fantastic stay at Kerry’s place and wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Walkable to all the attractions, great restaurants and grocery store. Kerry was quick to respond and super flexible. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming and unique apartment. It was exactly what the photos showed and even more in terms of special touches. I slept on the day bed in the living dining area and it was delightful and comfortable! I loved how it was a space within a space. I loved it so much I want one in my own home. We would stay again without hesitation. Thank you so much Jenny. It was just what I needed!

This might have been our favorite AirBnB of our New Zealand trip. It’s just so beautifully put together with so many artistic touches. We felt so at home and wish we’d had more time to just relax there and enjoy the surroundings. You’re walking distance to the Mt Victoria lookout and reserve with beautiful walking paths, and some lord of the rings filming locations if you’re a fan. Caroline is also extremely kind and we were treated to a view of her beautiful garden on our way to the apartment. I can’t recommend this spot enough if you’re staying in the area.

A five-star location indeed! We didn't have a car but being based right on the Terrace meant we could walk to most attractions. Laurice was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in which was really helpful. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. There was a grocery so the in walking distance, we went to the golf course daily and it was accessible by walking or taking a bus, and we could even walk to downtown if we were energetic. It was extreme quiet at night and we were able to enjoy peaceful evenings and could even sit outside or leave our door open to stay cool and it was very peaceful. There was a typical amount of noise having an upstairs neighbour but this didn’t bother us at all.

Perfect location for us to be near family. We hope to stay again next time we are in Wellington

A really great location within walking distance of many of the Wellington highlights. The unit and building were old but the unit was extremely clean, well equipped, with a plentiful supply of linen, and a load of basic necessities that were greatly appreciated after a long day getting there. Rich's communication was fast, detailed and helpful. There were many restaurants and food outlets within easy walking distance. We would certainly recommend the apartment to others visiting the city.

Grace was amazing, she met us at the apartment and then went over everything with us. The apartment is in a great location, the main shopping street and the cable car was just across the way and down an elevator. Close to the train station, it was about a 10 minute walk and Te Papa was about 10-15 minutes walk. Really enjoyed staying there

This apartment, on the ground floor, was the perfect place for us to discover 'Wellie'. It is located in the Northland suburb and that is quite close and also a beautiful walk to the centre of the city. You can spend a quiet night here after a busy day in town or by the sea. The place is clean and you have everything to make your stay pleasant . A good experience.

Great location and apartment for two and a real bonus to have a lap pool and spa. Very good views of the city and some of the harbour too. I will be back for sure!

We had such a wonderful stay! The space was beautiful, peaceful, & perfect for working from home. Hosts were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming—always making sure I had everything we needed. so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for space with a lovely host with lots to do around in walking distance!

The apartment was lovely, the location had perfect views of Wellington city and harbour with the ferries coming and going. We had great weather too, so watching the sun set was spectacular. Just a short Uber drive to get into the city for restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend staying here and Craig was super helpful and pleasant to communicate with.
