Monthly Rentals in Welcome

This place was exactly what we needed while visiting family in Greenville for the holidays. Joshua was a very responsive host and even allowed us to extend our trip a couple extra days. The location is very close to downtown and great local restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re in the Greenville area.

My business stay was exceptional! I had a clean, quiet place to work and sleep. Was close to shopping and entertainment. Adam was very helpful and accomodating with my check-in and stay, despite a burricane and local storm damage. His communications were always prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay again if I am ever back in the area. The home was clean and stocked. It felt like home away from home. I had no issues during my stay.

Amazing location!! Booked this stay for our employees to have a peaceful spot to rest after busy work day. And they were not disappointed. If available next work trip we will definitely book here again!
