Monthly Rentals in Welches Beach

Great place - just as described. Super easy access to the main road for busses and only a few minutes walk to the beach. As reviewed by others, Joy provides lots of snacks and some basic groceries, which was really appreciated. The house was super clean and Joy was very responsive when there was a small issue with the bathroom. She also checked in with me after I arrived to ensure that all was in order and again before I left. I really appreciated the attentiveness! It was a fairly short walk to Massey's (the grocery store) in Oistins, but don't hesitate to take the ZR buses as they are definitely part of the experience of Barbados! :-) A few tips for fellow travelers who may need this guidance (I did!) - the switch for the living room ceiling fan is the half switch by the balcony. And the screens have a release trigger (push down first) so that you are able to open the windows and enjoy the breeze off the ocean. I would definitely stay at Hidden Jewel again!

Paula took care of us really well in her Oistins home for four nights. She provided us with all the info and help. Amazing location and everything worked at the apartment. Skittles is the funniest 😂 hidden gem and highly recommended

Mary and Nicholas are amazing hosts. The cottage is even better than than the photos portray. Location is perfect, a beautiful, quiet beach a few steps away. Oistins is a 5 minute walk away, with the fish market and restaurants to sample the beautiful fish. Mary and Nicholas rightly deserve to be termed superhosts.
