Roberts home was place to stay. I felt right at home. It was clean comfortable. It was right in the middle of everything I needed to be in. Check-in was easy checkout was even easier. I would most definitely recommend this home. I love the retro vibe. The kitchen is a woman's dream.

Wonderful weekend stay in Spring Hill! Our host Michelle had great communication before, during and after our stay. The very accommodating house has plenty of room for privacy with 4 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We enjoyed the screened in garage too.

The location is beautiful, and the stream and backyard are perfect for relaxing or canoeing. The house is very clean and functionally furnished. We were very pleased with the coffee for the Keurig coffee maker, thank you very much. We were very satisfied and would recommend the house.

Krisztina’s house was all that we could have hoped for. Super well appointed, amazingly clean and great big comfortable spaces. No problem making nice dinners with all the utilities, tools and spices provided. We made use of the provided beach chairs and umbrella to visit the nicest beaches in Clearwater and Sarasota. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.

The location was perfect. Great views - we loved watching the alligators. The set up was perfect for our dogs, the pool was very enjoyable temperature. It was a great escape!

Hosts were very nice and responsive — reached out weeks in advance to inform us of the whole process. The house was nice and clean, can log into all your streaming services. Everything was very close to get to, spot to park the car if you bring one or have a rental, instructions for person staying are very clear and self explanatory. Only thing is, my boyfriend is over 6 feet tall and the shower head is a little lower than we’d prefer. Overall, an amazing stay, pool was nice and warm, quiet area and comfortable bed. Hosts made the entire process way less stressful so thank you!

We booked our vacation as a bucket list trip for my mom who has Alzheimer’s . My mom grew up in Orlando and had visited Weeki Wachee (where mermaids swim) when she was young. This fueled her obsession of being a mermaid when she grew up. We decided as a family that this was the time to make my 72 year old mom’s dream come true. Jennifer’s place is about 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee which is what initially caught my eye. The place was absolutely beautiful! It sits on the canal where we drank coffee and wine and watched boats and kayaks go up and down the canal. We also were able to see beautiful birds of all kind every morning and evening. There is plenty of chairs to sit inside and out to watch all the coming and going on the canal. Plus there a pool and a sandy beach in the back yard. But most of all we were able to check off one of my mom’s bucket list items and make some lasting memories with her in a beautiful resort like setting.

We had an incredible stay at this charming piece of old Florida! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in the Bayou. Watching a dolphin hunt for its evening meal was a unique highlight of our trip. The kayaks were a hit with the kids, and the well-equipped kitchen made mealtime a breeze. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room to move around and a fantastic well built patio cover, adirondack chairs, outdoor cooking area. The second refrigerator downstairs was a true lifesaver for keeping our four little ones hydrated. Proximity to shopping and restaurants was a huge plus, and the grandparents loved their private room with a bath and outdoor patio. *kids ages from 13,10, & 6 plenty of activities available from sun tanning, board games, tvs, to giant basket of Legos. Also great spot for fishing! Thank you for being such a wonderful host! We can’t wait to plan our next stay!”

Using Airbnb was easy and the host answered all of my questions and resolved a check-in error by the guard at the gate quickly. The facility was very nice, a bit pricey for the area though. I will use this service again.

We had a great anniversary trip at Brian's place! The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the hot tub. We would definitely stay again!

Barbies place was everything we expected, fully equipped and welcoming. Paul and I spent two months there and felt very comfortable. The condo had wonderful views and a beautiful pool. We saw many beautiful sunsets. We would definitely recommend Barbie’s place for rest and relaxation.

We especially enjoyed using the kayaks, the sand area, and the stunning view from the back of the property. We appreciate that you were responsive and came to give us the monitor cords. We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was spotless, with modern updates and new fixings throughout. The neighborhood was easy to find and the neighbors were kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, everything met our expectations and we will definitely rent from this host again in the future!

Our stay was short, but sweet. The open living space and large pool were perfect for 14 people. 4 decided to sleep at a hotel before we arrived when we realized there are 4 bedrooms, not 5. This allowed the youngest kids to go to bed closer to their bedtime, and everyone else to relax together watching the Olympics and chatting. We loved the kayaks, and Larry brought life vests when we noticed that there weren’t enough. I was a little disappointed that the rooftop deck is out of order, but I would still stay here again. The kitchen is huge and well-appointed. Lisa and Larry were very responsive and helpful from booking throughout the stay, and this house provided greatly needed rest while we visited our terminally ill relative.

We had an amazing 3 days at Sally's place! The house was clean and comfortable and we especially loved the use of kayaks right off the dock. We saw manatees right off the dock two of the days that we were there! We kayaked upstream toward the state park and downstream toward Rogers park every day. Sally recommended bug spray and that is for sure important! We cooked out one night on the charcoal grill, but there are also great restaurants nearby. It's a quick trip to the main road with all the stores you'll need. Sally was very communicative and responded right away to any questions that I had. We would stay here again!

had a very peaceful getaway. love that there are no neighbors behind the house on the other side of the water. hot tub was great to have, especially after kayaking. this was my first time ever kayaking and had no issues but definitely check the tides cause low can be really low. publix is just a short drive (5-8 min) and there is also a target and dunkin's in the same plaza - what else do you need LOL great communication from host. house was clean and has everything you need. if you don't mind a 45 minute drive, there is a great brewery we found in Trinity, FL - Escape brewing company was fantastic!

Dave and Rita could not have been more friendly nor more accommodating. They welcomed our family from Michigan into their home and made us feel comfortable from the beginning. The house is extremely well maintained, and they thought of everything to help make our stay wonderful. I highly recommend Dave and Rita and their Holiday, Florida home!

We stayed for our 1 year wedding Anniversary weekend. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed and more. The home was comfortable, quiet and peaceful. The home was very clean, inviting, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and we felt at home We launched the kayaks and within 1 minute of being on the water we saw 7 manatee in the canal. We saw manatees every day we were on the water. They come through the canals to stay away from the heavy traffic on the river. Jeff was extremely responsive when we explained the propane tank for the grill was empty. He even went as far as to refill it, although he had another one in the garage. We will definitely go back to stay!!

My family and I had a great stay at the guest house. Laurel had everything we needed with traveling with a 9 months old. My son who is three keep saying how much he loved it there he keeps asking if we can visits the farm again. Highly recommended for a nice relaxing beautiful stay by Tampa.

Words cannot describe what a wonderful experience this was. Dawn and Leo are truly amazing hosts. I felt right at home the moment I checked. The tent was just was just as described and more. We loved our stay here! The paddle boards and kayaks were such a plus to have everyday and go multiple times on the creek! Such a beautiful place to stay and enjoy the heart of Weeki Wachee.

Such a cute spot and a quick kayak ride to the beautiful clear weeki Wachee river. Couldn’t find the washer and dryer and Derick responded very quickly. Would def stay again :)
