We had a very nice stay! The home had everything we needed. Very clean! Neighbors dogs did bark through the night but it didn’t disrupt sleep too much. Definitely would stay here again!

Great house! As others have said, the pictures don’t do it justice. The property is very peaceful and private with beautiful scenery. We had a relaxing time at the house and enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from in town, only about ten minutes away. The hosts were helpful and very responsive. Very much enjoyed the stay!

We had such a lovely time at the ‘small house’! Jennifer was quick to respond with any questions we had (about the property and the town)! We loved playing yard games and hanging out by the water. The kitchen was stocked with spices and all the things we needed to spend time together cooking. We plan to visit again in the Winter!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay it was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the parking was very spacious. The area was so beautiful and so close to everything we wanted to do like Wood Grill in Charlottesville, luray caverns, and Fellowship Baptist church in Madison. Such a great time and experience and a great getaway from Southern California.

We had such a wonderful time at Cassidy's place. Felt right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable and spacious. The jacuzzi was definitely worthwhile. Close to the restaurants, convenience stores, caverns and the skyline. Loved it here and hoped to come back.

We had the most wonderful weekend at Michael’s cabin! From the moment we arrived, I could tell how much care and thought had gone into making guests feel comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with such thoughtful toiletries - a nice touch that made us feel right at home. The bed was also very comfortable, and we slept well each night. The cabin’s modern decor is beautiful and really elevated the whole experience - it felt cozy yet stylish. The location is beautiful: quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It was the perfect escape, and we loved waking up to the sounds of birds and fresh air. Michael was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and friendly in his communication. I originally rented this airbnb to accommodate a construction work crew that was coming in to help out with a project. Due to unforseen schedule changes, i was unable to use this place to it's full duration but my workcrew enjoyed their week long stay. Having said that, Suzy was a remarkable host. She was able to confirm the reservation with less than 24 hrs notice. Her property is beautiful and relaxing and a perfect place to recover from a long day of work. The host welcomed the crew with a freshly baked loaf of banana bread which we were not expecting. It was unexpected but a welcoming touch.

Great cozy spot in Lovingston! Ed was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Despite all the rain we were able to have a lovely weekend getaway. Wineries and restaurant options close by.

We’re an outdoorsy family and we all loved our stay in Glenn’s home, right by the water with easy to launch area for the kayaks, no light pollution at night to watch a blanket of stars in the sky. Our fur baby loved it just as much and took a liking to Glenn. Thank you and hope to be back this summer!!!

A beautiful country setting so close to Charlottesville. Not only was the cottage as described, this place had countless other details that my daughter and i really appreciated. Water came from a spring on the property. A sweet board and batten barn and chicken coop that were a delight to gaze upon each time you went to and from the guest parking area. Soft, warm lighting. A fabulous hot tub that’s well worth the $15 extra. A perfect balance of being at someone’s home and having your own space. It is clear that Bianca and Tom cared deeply about all aspects of their little homestead and how best to share it with guests. Hats off to you. And, thank you for this little taste of the good life.

carrie's place is very inviting and clean, also peaceful, you will hear the dog occasionally but didn't bother us, bed is comfy , bathroom is big, loved the hot hair fan. it has everything we needed.

Peter and Paige's place was a great value for a great stay. We brought our dog and found ourselves with more than enough space to enjoy the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies so we felt right at home. Due to strong winds in the area, the power went out overnight. Peter immediately came to see if we were okay, providing a flashlight and candles while the city repaired the downed lines. Paige also kept in touch to provide updates. Power came back on the next morning and we were good to go! Location is super close to several grocery stores and eateries, and driving distance to several parks and the university. Again, this was a great stay!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the property! The view is absolutely stunning. The goats were friendly and so cute. Michelle was responsive and left clear instructions as well as some local recommendations. The property is ~1 mile down any paved road and can be a bit difficult to find at night. However, it added to the country feel! We had absolutely no issues during our stay and would return in the future!

We loved our stay in Fort Valley. The home was spotless and perfect, we hope to return again!

This house is close to a number of local places but is still somewhat remote to allow you to enjoy the quiet of the mountains. lots to do and Sherilyn is a super helpful host!

We enjoyed our peaceful stay at the yurt. The views were beautiful. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of wood was provided for the fire pit. Douglas was promptly responsive if I had a question. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again.

An amazing, special place to get away from everything. The lack of cell service and no WiFi were the highlight for our family. We spent a week playing board games, reading, painting, enjoying a fire every night, and just talking. The hosts thought of everything and we feel very lucky to have spent the week here. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the cozy cottage. The surrandings were beautiful. The hot tub was a great addition. Nice size and very clean. The cottage is a great place for a family get away. I will return. Thankyou so much for wverything.

You need to understand that you are off the beaten path. If it is so beautiful and peaceful. The cabin was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, etc. the cabin had everything we needed. Kristen respond to all questions quickly.

I had a wonderful time staying at Tracie Lynn's place. My partner and I decided to have a weekend getaway for our 1 year anniversary and it was nothing short of perfect. Great area and scenic views. Def recommend staying here!
