Monthly Rentals in Waverly

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. Our family felt right at home upon arrival and we settled right in. The kitchens are fully stocked and organized with everything you need. The cabin was very very clean, beautiful linens, cozy pillows, and comfortable beds. I think we spent as much time on the porches as we did inside, the porches are large and situated with wonderful views of the woods and surrounding propery, you can hear the creek from both porches. I felt myself feeling like I was going to miss this cabin and the area as we got closer to our departure. The woods surrounding the cabin are made for exploring and the creek is magical. We would love to return with more members of our family to enjoy this place, as there is plenty of room and lots of spaces for everyone to have there own place if needed for work or quietness. Our stay at Claudia's apartment was great! Neighborhood was lovely to take walks around and very quiet. Apartment is just as it is in the photos. Kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking meals. Our only complaint is a mildew like odor, maybe some water damage or just being a 60's home on the lower floor similar to a basement odor - we aired out the apartment and lit a few candles. The parking area is perfect for a small car or small SUV. We were able to back in our Ford Edge rental car though it was a tight fit. Thank you Claudia for providing an affordable alternative to staying at a hotel in the Clark's Summit area - it helped us afford our two week trip to Pennsylvania to visit family.

A very cozy home with a great view to wake up to. Unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy the outdoor features due to very rainy weather. Would strongly recommend to other guests!

This is definitely a trip worth repeating! Tim’s home is beautiful, the views are stunning, and it’s the perfect getaway to escape and relax with family and friends! The photos posted on the listing match what we saw when we checked in. Tim was super responsive and made us feel like valued guests! His house rules are clear and easy to follow. My friends are extremely happy and recommend this listing to anyone thinking twice about it! We’ll be coming back for sure that’s how much we loved it 🫶🏼! (P.S. if you’re coming to visit, make sure at least one morning you’re up before sunrise because that view was gorgeous!)
