Very clean and very convenient to both Lido Beach and Siesta Key, about a 15 minute drive. For what we paid, it was a great value. It's clear that everything has been redone -- for being a small home, it had a larger nice kitchen that made cooking easy. I appreciated having a washing machine to keep up with the laundry. There is a Publix and Aldi nearby for groceries. We did e-biking on the beach and booked an amazing boat charter with Captain Casey (Saltwater Adventures) and would highly recommend both of those activities.

We have been coming to PG for over 25 yrs. We have family here. We decided to come with our friends and children. Troy’s home was the perfect setting for all our needs. The house was clean and beautiful with all the amenities needed. When we contacted Troy he immediately responded. Anyone wishing to come to Punta Gorda would be very pleased staying at Troy’s place. We were able to rent all four units with a group of four families. It was PERFECT for us! Everyone had their own “space” but the shared courtyard and pools allowed a place to gather. Walking distance to captain curts etc, close to beach. Provided beach towels and beach gear were great. We also brought our four legged family member, always a plus! Would definitely stay here again!!

“Better than the Ritz” MAGICAL sunrises that are visible from just about anywhere on the property. Enjoyed peaceful evenings by the glistening water that surrounds. Enjoyed chatting with my 2 teenagers at the dining table on the screened in porch. My 14 year old son loved that he could fish all day and night. (Bait shop was only a 5 min drive) All 3 beds were luxuriously comfortable. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom tucked into it with luxury showers and tastefully simplistic design. The cottage is built with AUTHENTIC wood (cedar i think?) that adds to the feeling of being grounded in nature. Nice pool steps from the back door. Sunsets on the beach are an easy walk across the street. The “Our Place” toaster oven/air fryer works great. Cooking with a view is much more enjoyable! Wish I could live here and would love to return asap. Thank you Jack for your hospitality!!!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! As a family with two young children, comfort and cleanliness are always top priorities, and this place did not disappoint. The space was incredibly comfortable, with cozy beds that made for some of the best sleep we've had in a while. The house was spotless, which was very reassuring—especially with young kids—and it really made us feel at home. The hot tub was also a highlight—immaculate and perfect for a relaxing soak before or after a busy day. We loved spending time in the serene backyard, which was not only peaceful but also thoughtfully set up with a cute table and chairs. It was the perfect spot to enjoy meals together. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home away from home.

Carmen is an excellent host! The house is lovely, very well-equipped, the condominium is complete. Plus, it's very close to Disneyland. We loved it, we'll definitely be back!

Wonderful place! Felt very comfortable and right at home. Near a park and restaurants. Jody and his staff could not have been nicer and more accomodating. We'll definitely make a return visit.

Great accommodations with simple and tasteful elegance. Peaceful setting and convenient to everything we were interested in—museums, beach, restaurants and stores. Couldn’t ask for a better place.
