The granny flat and overall our stay exceeded our expectations and we would happily book with Raymond again! The accommodation provided all the necessary comforts and conveniences. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. As mentioned we will be back! The granny flat is spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. The Queen bed in the master bedroom and the single bed in the second bedroom were both comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Which was important to me as I'm a bad sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we wanted. The lounge area, complete with a 55-inch smart TV, was perfect for unwinding after a day out, with all channels and streaming services. The onsite parking and a private entry provided a sense of security and ease. Was easy to find and Raymond was a great help on arrival. The overall stay was great, I highly recommend booking! :)

We loved our time at Packers house - it really had everything we needed for our stay! Loved that there was air conditioning in the lounge and the main bedroom, along with ceiling fans in the other two rooms which meant we all had a good nights sleep despite the crazy heat at this time of year! My only complaint would be that the rubbish bin was completely full when we arrived so we had to put it out a week into our stay and as it was Christmas we had accumulated alot of rubbish ourselves over that time and squashing down the previous guests rubbish to fit ours in wasn’t the best! There also seems to be ALOT of food left in the fridge and pantry, opened sauces etc and I’m not the biggest fan of using other people’s items but I suppose it could be handy for some. Overall it was a lovely stay and we will definitely be looking to rebook next time we are in Perth.

I had an amazing stay! The host has truly thought of everything to make the experience comfortable and stress-free. The space was well-equipped with all the essentials and more—nothing was missing and everything was perfectly organized.
