There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

Great place in a great area at a great rate. Thong Lo is a fun area with lots to do, the building is close to the BTS, everything is easy to access. The studio unit is small but well laid out (the desk by the window adds lots of utility), and the view is a bonus. The owner was very helpful at check-in and always responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Probably the best bargain condo in all of Bangkok. Many Sukhumvit airbnbs today (Siam --> Ekkamai) I think are very overpriced. But this location near Bang Chak BTS is very accessible to central Bangkok and even if you don't go there, there is good shopping just one station away in both directions (On Nut Lotus, Punnawithi True Digital mall). The condo is good for one person or a couple. 150 meters away from main road so quiet at night. 711 right next door.
