Carlos & Cesar's place was in a great location and the place matched the pictures. It was roomy and comfortable. I hope to stay here again.

I had to be in San Jose for 2 weeks to take a course and staying at Alfonso’s was the best decision I made! The place is located in a really good place, it’s close to school, lot of restaurants are close by, a convenience store in the corner, it has the perfect location. The place was also very nice and quiet so I was able to concentrate on my studies. Alfonso was also really nice and response time was great. I was looking forward to staying there this weekend since I’m taking my national exams, however the place is not available. Nevertheless, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in San Jose.

This place was amazing! I wouldn’t change a thing about it. It was easy to find and felt safe. I have never been to the area but I would visit and book here again. It had everything we needed, it was quiet, and near a lot of place we needed to go to. Very comfortable and clean.

Such a lovely and cozy place with every amenity you need there, and a great location. Host is responsive and friendly. Definitely worth more than one night!

Super fun place to stay, perfect for downtown access. Staff at the restaurant below was super kind. We appreciate the dog friendliness, but wish the parking situation was better. The balcony was our favorite part, and we loved the cheese and wine.

Had an amazing stay here! Zhihao was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The location was perfect for my visit — it was located close to one of my favorite brunch places! I found the accommodation to be cozy and suitable for performing remote work throughout my stay. Would stay again!

Great place to stay with a nice entertainment system for some downtime in the evening. Everything we needed. Just a bit colder than expected. Bright lit parking area.

The host very kindly allowed me to check in early after suffering from food poisoning at at my previous location. Everything was as described. Just keep in mind that the unit is directly above a saloon that is open until 2am on Friday and Saturday nights.

Russell and Beth’s place was great for convenience, privacy and comfort. It’s super close to everything and Russell is very responsive to questions or needs. Yes, it is near an intersection as other reviewers have stated, so you could hear traffic, but they had a fan that we always use for white noise. We loved the natural light, lots of towels, hot shower, and sitting on the porch with morning coffee and tea. Thank you Russell & Beth.

Perfect place for one or two people. My husband and I like to stay in Aptos because it's much quieter and less busy than Santa Cruz or Monterey but close enough to drive to either to explore (SC ~ 20 minutes, Monterey ~ 45 minutes away). The bed was very comfy and addition of blackout curtains were great since the hubby is sensitive to light when trying to fall/stay asleep. Nicole was very proactive and sent instructions, things to keep in mind, and local recommendations in advance of our stay which was really appreciated. She did let us know this but keep in mind the house can be easy to miss, especially if arriving after sundown and it's off a busy street (cars go really fast) - there are noise machines in the bedroom and the air purifier helps a lot though. We would recommend and stay here again!

Overall a good stay, spacious and well stocked. Raj was communicative and took care of all the needs and requirements. The place had everything you would need for a longer stay as well.

I enjoyed my two-week stay with my dog. The unit is extremely clean and spacious, just as advertised in the listing. This ADU unit is well-designed for comfort, with great furniture and a thoughtful room layout. It was nice to have a backyard accessible from the bedroom to step out for some fresh air, which my puppy and I both enjoyed. The only downside is that the house is by the street, making parking and driving out a bit challenging for me. Still, I would definitely consider staying here again!

While coming out of a traumatic experience, I needed a place to recharge, regroup, refocus and re-Center. I feel extremely grateful for having been able to stay here. The host was very welcoming, thoughtful and willing to help at a moments notice. The set and setting was as introduced by the owner, a well prepared canvas, that became a another masterpiece in my journey through life. It is quirky, cozy, spacious and with an abundance of positive energy that is multiplied by the vibrations and gifts from Mother Nature and by the thoughtful design and craftsmanship of host that created it. I hope to return again.

A great stay in a great location - Marie’s place was quaint & located just out of downtown. The highlight was the back patio with an amazing hot tub & ample living space. The house had everything you might need, entry was simple & the hosts were super helpful!

The apartment is spacious, bright, beautifully furnished, and very cozy – it truly felt like home for me. Rick was always available, very kind, and helpful whenever something came up. The place has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to others!

Diane’s place is stunning! The view, the view, the view. Need I say more? Diane’s furniture is super comfortable. We loved walking to pacific edge restaurant (part of the highland hotel) very peaceful and relaxing. Diane is a great host and recommend the best breakfast place (Katy’s). Would highly recommend
