Monthly Rentals in Watertown

I had a wonderful stay at Patrick’s place. The listing is very accurate and the room is extremely clean and comfortable. Patrick is genuinely warm and responsive and I felt very welcome in his home.

We were lucky to stay here for nearly 6 months. This is a pearl that you are really lucky enough to find on airbnb. The hosts are outstanding. They are kind, helpful, and always ready to go an extra mile where appropriate. They lend us snow equipment and provided us with tools and whatever small stuff we needed. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. The apartment is spacious both because of the room size but also the ceiling hat which makes it super comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. The sun-room is a delight to stay in. The beds are comfy and the blanket are of great quality. The appliances are well-maintained and if anything is broken then Dan will fix it asap. Doing the laundry is a breeze and the bath is cozy. The location is fantastic because it is very calm as the house is located in a dead end. You have a lovely neighborhood, a nice park nearby (Whitney Hill Park) that is perfect for a quick morning jog. Downtown Watertown is in walking distance and from there you can take buses to get anywhere.

This place was cozy and clean and the hosts were very responsive. We’d love to book here again.

Location is close to Boston and having parking was amazing! Qing was very quick to respond and was very flexible with check in. It felt very private.
