My stay at this apartment was incredible. The location is perfect, close to all the tourist spots and with easy access to a beautiful beach. The apartment is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The decor is beautiful, and it feels like home. Our host was very kind and attentive. He gave us recommendations for places to visit, and was always available for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Old Lyme. We'll be back soon!

My family and I could not have hoped for a better stay at Nick's place. The house was clean, cozy, and nicely appointed; we were even surprised with some treats upon arrival. Check in and check out we're flexible and a breeze, as was accessing the property. The hosts communicate very well and their hospitality is second to none. Highly recommend and we will certainly stay again.

The house was beautiful, we loved staying there so much! The wallpaper in the bathroom was gorgeous, along with all the other decor/furniture in the home. The neighborhood was beautiful and the hosts gave great instructions for everything you could need. We had a great time staying here and I would recommend it to anyone finding somewhere to stay in the area. It was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this little cottage on the lake. It was truly a welcome break of serenity before the holidays. Katie was super responsive and helpful. 100% would book again.
