Monthly Rentals in Water Valley

What a terrific location and awesome property! We enjoyed our stay here tremendously and will definitely be back in the future. The space is just as described and even more charming in person. The location - above and overlooking the center of town (and a great coffee shop) - makes this property one of a kind. Water Valley is well-suited for no-stress, aimless meanderings through awesome local stores, eateries, and shops. It is also convenient to everything Oxford has to offer. Kagan is on our very short list of top hosts. He is the perfect mix of responsiveness, if needed, and hands-off, relaxed guest service.

Quiet and cozy studio apartment. Dog-friendly with the 1) side yard, 2) wide open spaces, and 3) roads to walk the dog. These hosts provided proactive communication in checking in and a comprehensive manual for the apartment and local resources. Perfect setting for remote work with a desk - and fast internet speed with no hiccups. Conducted several Zoom sessions, and the experiences were seamless.

My first time staying at an AirBnB and Deirdre has set a high bar for what to expect at any other stays. We felt welcome as soon as we entered the house. Since we arrived in the evening it was nice to find some well-stocked snacks and basic edibles for breakfast so we could just settle in for the first night. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an eclectically decorated historic home that has full amenties. Location is perfect for walkability to the center of this small town. Just a few questions popped up during our stay and Deirdre promptly responded.
