Pete and Sarah was extremely helpful with everything. This is a beautiful home and look forward to returning in the future.

Water Valley is a hidden gem. Close enough to Ole Miss for a stay when something big is going on in Oxford and far enough away for peace and quiet. Terri’s home is beautifully appointed with lots of special touches, such as an assortment of bath goodies in the bathroom with the big claw-foot tub and the Keurig and little refrigerator on the second floor. The house was spotless, charming and roomy. Special moment: I took my cup of coffee onto the wraparound porch early in the morning and suddenly felt like something was watching me. Indeed, there were three juvenile deer nestled in the grass just 20 feet away. They kept a wary eye on me, but that peaceful, sweet moment is a wonderful memory.

What a terrific location and awesome property! We enjoyed our stay here tremendously and will definitely be back in the future. The space is just as described and even more charming in person. The location - above and overlooking the center of town (and a great coffee shop) - makes this property one of a kind. Water Valley is well-suited for no-stress, aimless meanderings through awesome local stores, eateries, and shops. It is also convenient to everything Oxford has to offer. Kagan is on our very short list of top hosts. He is the perfect mix of responsiveness, if needed, and hands-off, relaxed guest service.

We loved our stay in Water Valley. The grand boys loved playing in the back yard. I loved the clean, comfortable home. So easy to get to down town for dinner and play time at the local city park.
