Vacation rentals with a patio in Watamu Beach

We stayed for four days at this amazing condo. The apartment was fantastic—beautifully decorated, spacious, and fully equipped—while the property itself was absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and at the heart of vibrant Watamu, and just a tuk-tuk ride away from amazing beaches. The place felt like a peaceful haven, and I would recommend it anytime. The hosts were very kind and extremely helpful, providing us with many tips and recommendations to discover the region. A wonderful stay.

Our stay at this house was truly enjoyable. The house was comfortable and clean, offering a cozy atmosphere. The outdoor space with the pool was a pleasant spot to unwind, and the beach nearby was easily accessible. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful tips for our stay. Overall, a relaxing getaway that deserves five stars. We'd happily return for another peaceful vacation.

Monica host is always available with Grace who has always assisted us on site when needed and very quickly. Well-maintained house, clean and tastefully furnished, great outdoor space. As there is no generator when the power goes out, you have to wait for it to come back. We adapted and it didn't give us much trouble. The power here in Watamu leaves every day for sometime and then comes back. To get to the beaches or the village you need tuk/motorcycle or taxi. For us who were three of us perfect to go anywhere. We have been to Watamu several times for vacation and I recommend Monica's apartment here she wants pricacy and a quiet, nice and clean place. Here you are immersed in nature so the birds chirping will keep you company every day. Thanks again to Monica and Grace for everything, we had a great time and we hope to return soon.

The house is in a great location, close to the beach and many beachfront restaurants. The house is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

My family and I really enjoyed our time there. Martin was very friendly and hospitable. Incase we needed anything he would sort it out right away. Our favourite place was the pool and the garden, really nice place to just relax. The beach was also a few minutes away, really enjoyed catching the sunrise each morning. We will definitely be visiting again and again.

Natasha was amazing! Even though the villa was overbooked, she offered us a similar one and threw in a free extra night. The location is perfect, with beaches just a short walk away. There’s so much to do nearby – we went to Love Island and snorkeling, but there’s plenty more. The Liar's Club is a must-try for food. Super friendly staff and management handled any issues quickly. Natasha also let us check in early at 7 am since we arrived from Nairobi. It was such a great experience, and my girlfriend and I can’t wait to come back. Asante Sana!

Tembo villa is a lovely, welcoming place to stay near the center of Watamu. My room was huge with a spacious communal living area shared only by one other room. It was up on the 1st floor overlooking a beautiful clean pool. The staff were incredibly friendly & Jojo, the manager, is a bright & very helpful young woman happy to accomodate all my needs. Its value for money is excellent, one of the cheaper places to stay in Watamu & worth every penny. The king size bed was very comfortable, with a mosquito net provided & a fan overhead. The bathroom spacious & clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to make meals & coffee. I highly recommend this lovely place you wont regret it

Rita was an absolutely wonderful host. She allowed us to check in earlier since we were travelling from far. In fact , she was awake when we arrived early in the morning to usher us in. The house was clean, spacious and super beautiful. The surrounding were green and well maintained. The staff at the house were really helpful and the place felt very secure. We enjoyed our stay at this house. We enjoyed the food that was prepared for us by the host and the chill and relaxing atmosphere created for the guest. Alessandro's apartment is very well designed! We found the place beautiful, homely and cosy. Proximity to the beach is a plus, and the pool and garden are very well maintained. The apartment block is conveniently located next to restaurants,bars and the best gelato in Watamu. Definitely a great place to enjoy your vacay!

Lucy's home is easily one of the most comfortable bookings we have had in Airbnb. We particularly loved the very well equipped kitchen, the quiet neighborhood, clean pool and the staff checking in on us. Lucy as a host is very responsive. I would highly recommend her as a host in Malindi and this booking as a great one for families with kids.

We had a fantastic stay at Susan's beautiful Airbnb in Watamu. Susan is a warm and attentive host who provided clear guidance well in advance, managing our expectations perfectly. Hamisa, the housekeeper, made our stay even more memorable—she welcomed us, prepared delicious meals, kept the house spotless, and attended to all our needs. Our children grew especially fond of her! The space itself is stunning—quiet, serene, and private. It felt secure and was conveniently close to shops. The well-maintained lawns and landscaping added to the charm. We particularly loved the beachfront and pool area, which allowed the children to seamlessly move between the two. The thoughtful addition of outdoor taps and showers in the garden made it easy to rinse off sand before heading indoors. Inside, the house is tastefully decorated with a perfect balance of comfort and style. The open-plan living spaces are airy and inviting, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Milkah's place was a great beautiful and clean house. She allowed an early check-in. She provided soap and complimentary water ++ for the Malindi heat. She was always available on call and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend her house.
