Monthly Rentals in Wat Chalo

I went for the swimming and it didn't disappoint. Even when one pool was in repair for a week, there was still 2 other pools to use. I liked the views from the rooftop. Great way to spend an afternoon. It was a definite plus that there was a 7-Eleven on the ground floor. You pretty much find anything you might need during your stay. I can highly recommend.

The apartment is very clean and modern with a nice view, comfy bed, the condominium has lots of nice shared spaces (pool, gym, co-working spaces, friendly staff, etc. ). The pool was a bit too cold for me to swim in but it has a great view. The building has a 7-11 and a Starbucks right outside which was very convenient during my stay and most importantly the MRT line station is also right beside the building. The location itself is not very touristy or flashy, so you would need to travel a bit if you prefer to spend time in the more lively areas. There is a small local market and a couple of small shopping malls within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, overall it was a great place to stay!

Very happy and satisfied with my stay at Anucha's place. I was here for 2 months and it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The house is situated in a private guarded residential street in a very convenient spot next close to the security gate, so easy for taxis and grab orders to find. I found it very peaceful and helpful for my needs which was mainly staying indoors in comfort. The area is not easy to walk around to places so you will need to take taxis or have a vehicle to go to your closest supermarkets etc but it is not far by car. Anucha is an amazing host who checked in with all the time and helped me on many occasions. He is extremely responsive and friendly to help with anything you might need to know and to help get settled. Away from the hustle and bustle of the inner city of bangkok this is a great place in Nonthaburi with quick routes to all the places you would want to go in Bangkok area if you need. I would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay for longer stays in Bangkok. The condominium has everything you need downstairs and the gym and pool facilities are in excellent condition. The room itself is nice and comfortable with a good view of the river.
