John's place was excellent! Checking in and out was super easy, the apartment was very clean, and even more spacious than I expected. It was conveniently located near a grocery store, gas stations, bars/restaurants, a coffee shop, and a brewery. It was also a great starting point for exploring the natural wonders along the Lake Superior shoreline. I would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful location, and lovely cabin. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, sitting outside in the morning, and stars at night. We cooked a little in the kitchen, and there is also a grill and firepit outside.

The apartment was beautifully laid out and had a very relaxed and comfortable feeling. Everything was recently updated, easy to use and very comfortable. Really appreciated the coffee beans you provided. Great location to get to the lake for a walk along the shore. Loved the La Monarcha restaurant next door and easy to walk to the wonderful Black Cat Cafe, coop and other great stores down town. If I come back to Ashland I will first look to see if this bnb is available because it was so comfy and clean. Best, Mary

Quiet place with very easy walkable access to town and the area. Beautiful view of Lake Superior! Super clean place. Comfortable bed for a great sleep.
