House vacation rentals in Walmer

The perfect place to take your kids. Loads for them to do in the house and the mezzanine play area is absolute class. Plus, the bathroom is so nice and hi-tech that my kids had more baths/showers in one weekend than they ever have before. Nick is a superb host. We will most definitely be back (hopefully the weather will be a bit less stormy next time around ;)).

Great place to hang out, especially with a super easy to use and very well heated hot tub, pool table, and table tennis table. We were there as a group of 5 adults, quick weekend getaway, the size of the 2 studios was great for us, any more people and it would have been a squeeze. Paul was very friendly and helpful and really wanted us to have a great time which we did 👍 great base to explore other places in Kent like Dover and Folkestone.

A lovely bungalow, in a great location. Walmer, Deal and Dover Castle well worth a visit. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

Lovely place to stay for a couple of days! Would definitely recommend anyone going to the area to stay here. Place was a lot bigger than I imagined and very clean. Lovely touches especially with the Christmas decorations and Tree up was so lovely. Only thing I would suggest is putting down some slabs on the grass as the grass can be wet and muddy which can cause dirt and can be very slippery! But other than that a lovely stay and will definitely be back! ❤️

Great house to spend time with friends for a 50th. Very close to Canterbury which has lots of great shops, bars and restaurants. Also close to Chapel down and a couple of stellar pub do lunch out dinner. The house was everything we needed it to be and the pool was perfect!

Maggie’s property is really special. It’s a marvellous old house in a fabulous seaside location. The interior is charming and very comfortable. The kitchen area is well equipped and is a fantastic space to hang out in. I imagine the house is even more wonderful in summer, with its beautiful garden and pool to enjoy. Personally I could enjoy just sitting for hours in the “observation room” at the top of the house watching the shipping go back and forth on the Thames Estuary. My family and I LOVED this house.

We had an amazing short break at Alan and Bill’s place. I cannot recommend it enough! the house is beautiful with full sea view (just across the road), very well equipped, and they have thought of everything you might need. While the swimming pool wasn’t heated during our stay in late October, the house offered plenty more, including a hot tub, sauna, and dedicated BBQ area. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog to play comfortably. In addition to the beautiful house, Alan and Bill were the most amazing hosts we've experienced in nearly a decade of Airbnb stays. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, responding promptly to all our questions from booking through our stay and accommodating our requests to the best they could. We’re already considering our next trip!

Stunning cottage just moments from the high street. Lots of gorgeous shops, restaurants, and pubs a short walk away. Moments from the water. The cottage itself has everything you could need and the beds are super comfortable. We had the best time.

Was very happy with our stay at Peter’s place…the location couldn’t have been better, easy walking to the sea and the shops, beautifully clean and well equipped with great communication from Peter and cleaning staff. Parking is the only slight issue but you can find somewhere and just keep an eye out for spaces as they appear! Would def recommend and highly likely to return for longer I suspect! Thanks again 😃

We stayed here for my wedding weekend with the bridal party and it was everything we needed! The beds were comfy, plenty of space to put all of our stuff out, great dining room for all of us to catch up! 10/10 recommend anymore coming to Herne Bay area to stay here. Lisa was very good at communicating and had super fast responses!

What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

Jo was a wonderful host and her house is amazing. Super comfortable and a perfect location. The house is amazing and we loved the hot tub. It was very well equipped. Bedlinen and towels were lovely. We loved our stay and it is nice and quiet but easy to get into town. We had a lovely sauna on the beach and enjoyed wandering round the shops

Loved our stay on seaview terrace. Six adults staying together for a university reunion, the house was better than expected. The location is excellent, house is really well equipped. Its utterly enormous. Jacqui also let us stay much later on the Sunday which was very helpful and generous. Really recommend this house.

The house was spotless, nicely decorated and well maintained, in a quiet area. Travel cot and high chair provided were good quality and clean, and kitchen was stocked with enough equipment for a short break. Stefanie was responsive to queries and altogether a great host.

Such a beautiful spot (great views) and a wonderful house for our big family gathering. All bedrooms a good size & plenty of bathrooms. Communal area is huge and connected so space for everyone. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was a real treat. Hien was helpful and proactive about ensuring we had everything we needed. We’d stay again

We enjoyed our stay. Alana's place was welcoming, peaceful and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Easy to walk into Deal, walk to the beachfront and also convenient for exploring the wider area. She gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and overall we had a great time.

We had a really fantastic weekend at Sara’s house. It is so beautiful. We loved being there and would go back again in a heartbeat. The house and garden were even of a much higher standard than the photos portrayed. A perfect weekend.

Pilar is a great host. Very responsive. An initial issue we had on check in was addressed very quickly - Pilar lives locally so got us very fast and sorted everything out so it had no impact on our break. Lovely lady.

Beautiful place, nice and clean, ideal

We loved our stay at Greatstone, well equipped comfortable home. Lovely to step out and walk on the beach. Plenty to do within short driving distance. Rye is lovely. Excellent well stocked spar along the road.

We had a lovely family gathering here. Loved the close proximity of the beach and had some lovely walks from the door with the dogs. We ate in and the kitchen was very well equipped for larger numbers. The two lounges worked well for us we used one as a playroom. The rooms were spacious, larger than in the photos and lovely and warm. Jo was a very good host, with clear and warm communication.
