Vacation rentals with a patio in Wakefield

Janine was very responsive to us during our stay here in Sheffield. Great location for shopping at the Moor, or getting food around the area. Walkable in cooling weather conditions to the station from the accommodation (20mins), generally downhill.

Beautiful accommodation, perfect for our stay, perfect location. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again.

Great. Nick met us at the station and was flexible about time. The flat was a nice well-heated space overlooking the river, with a huge double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. It was clean and had all the amenities you would expect. Best of all, it was literally a two-minute walk from a bunch of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops and the market, and just a minute further from Aldi. A lovely spot and if we ever revisit Todmorden we will stay there again.

We were so happy when we arrived the place was even better than the photos and the photos of the property looked really good. There was such a great attention to detail everything we needed was there. It was the perfect place to spend time away and enjoy the beautiful Calder Valley.

Four of us stayed in one of the penthouse apartments. Fantastic accommodation, well laid out and with everything you could possibly need. Welcome hamper a nice touch. Hebden has some great pubs and restaurants, and the countryside does not disappoint. We will definitely be back again.

Really good host, really really nice place, the views onto the dock are beautiful at night time and in the morning, would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!!

The house was extremely comfortable and warm , lovely & clean , everything we needed to make a lovely Christmas dinner , tv with apps was great and beds super comfy , what more could you want

We spent a lovely few days in Bradley's house. It's furnished and decorated very tastefully, and we particularly enjoyed the festive decorations, as our stay covered the New Year's Eve. The welcome treats were very thoughtful. The house is within an easy walk to the town centre - with a good selection of shops and a multiplex cinema. It's also very close to a park with a café. The bathroom was a bit chilly during the cold spell (as it's located in an extension to the house), but the heating was easy to switch on and it warmed up all the rooms quickly. The only table (in the lounge) was a bit small for a family of 3, but we managed. The side tables can also be used for "TV dinners", if needed. :) Overall, the value of this property is fantastic, and we'll happily stay there again!

A really nice little flat, about a fifteen minute walk from town centre. Flat was spotlessly clean, and warmed up really well and quickly once we had the heating on. Jonathan was dead friendly and very responsive to messages. can't fault the place.

Our stay at Sule's accommodation was very comfortable. Great location for access to central York, an easy walk. A beautiful Christmas tree greeted us as we walked in, a lovely & thoughtful touch. The accommodation is clean & has everything you need. Communication with Sule was easy from the minute we booked, & Sule provided lots of information & recommendations. What a great stay, thank you.

Lovely host and house, located right opposite the shambles makes it the best stay in York!

Jermaine’s place was perfect for us! Couldn’t have been closer to Eccy Road and Hallam Collegiate Campus. A 20/25 minute stroll into town as well, but plenty of bars/cafes/restaurant within a few minutes walk too. Excellent value for money, clean and very nicely decorated. Jermaine was extremely helpful when we had to cancel our original booking at such short notice. Second time lucky!! And we’d definitely stay again. Thank you!

This was one of the best airbnbs we stayed at in a while. It had everything that you would have at home, one of the best equipped I’ve ever seen. Very cosy place, loads of board games, books and blankets. It’s pet friendly, there were even separate blankets for you doggo :) April and her husband were very friendly, and we loved their two spaniels Bob and Holly :)) 100% recommend!

Another amazing stay at Andrew & co's place. I always look forward to staying. Love seeing the little - ingenious - additions to the place. Sleep sooooooo well. The bed is so comfortable. Wonderfully peaceful location within easy reach of a myriad of local attractions. Jeni & Roger are excellent hosts with a plethora of recommendations, even booking dinner for us on our first night! Tremendous value for money and waking up to snow across the fields and woodland was the icing on the cake.

We had the most wonderful stay at Sue’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was incredibly cozy, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sue went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Traveling with our 3-month-old son, we were so grateful that she provided a travel cot and baby blankets, which made things so much easier for us. The thoughtful touches like having the heating on and the kettle ready when we arrived were such a relief, especially given the chilly weather. Sue also supplied everything we needed to prepare breakfast, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our mornings so much easier. She was very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, making our stay completely stress-free. This was truly one of the warmest and most welcoming stays we’ve had. If we’re ever back in the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you, Sue, for such a memorable experience!
