Monthly Rentals in Wake Forest

Nancy is a fabulous host! Her home is spotless and includes extra touches that make it a wonderful place to stay. I stayed here for 3 weeks . It was a perfect location for me- close to my family and very conveniently located for everything I needed! I have an18 pound Bichon so this was a great location for me. Not only does Nancy have a fenced in backyard, but there are two wonderful dog friendly parks very nearby!! Also, although there was a very slight hiccup when I first arrived, I was very impressed with how quickly Nancy responded! She couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating to me and my family. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.!!!

We loved our stay! It more than suited our needs. A hotel may have been a little cheaper, but we thought it was worth the extra spending on the accomodations, space and privacy this place offers. My only critique was the beds are incredibly firm, so if you are like me and dont like firm beds just be prepared in bringing something to accomodate that. The owner may have had mattress pads, but I just assumed the extra linens were covers and sheets. Overall, we felt right at home and will definitely be booking here again for future trip to Wake Fo!

This place is even nicer than the pictures. It’s a beautiful architectural and furnished space. By far the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed. The location is great too! Quick access to both nature and all the amenities. Diane and Tom were incredibly helpful and responsive. I hope to visit again!

I’ve stayed at this location twice for almost 3 weeks total and I love it. Great walkable location, and lovely unit with essentials for a comfortable stay. Host is very responsive, friendly and easy to get in touch with.
