Boutique hotel vacation rentals in Waikato River

Highly recommend the roost. Great rooms, living space, outdoor area. Everything was provided breakfast, toiletries and linen. Good location easy walk to supermarket and nice drive to Awhitu Regional Park.

We had a beautiful stay here. The house was warm and inviting and in my daughter’s words “just like home”. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and feel absolutely safe. Nice clean house, clear instructions for check in, and a last minute upgrade was appreciated. This was our first visit to this part of Auckland and we loved it. Totally recommend to others.

I cannot review The Roost as we did not actually stay there. There was an issue with the accommodation we booked and we could not stay there. But, Linda was kind enough to make alternate arrangements for us. For what is worth, the alternate accommodation was fantastic; sparking clean and spacious.

I also stayed here in January 2018 so was delighted that I was able to stay here in 2020. The roost is in a fantastic location and Linda and Graeme are fantastic hosts. Everything was sparkling clean. The rooms were so comfortable and the breakfast will keep you going all day. I can’t recommend the roost highly enough

Great accommodation in Waiuku - very comfortable and beautiful surroundings. Linda went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely choose this accommodation when we next return.
