Very comfortable and neat place. Everything we needed was provided. Convenient to stay at as it is very close to Morrinsville town and central to other towns.

Tony and Colleen's place is truly remarkable! some of the best sunsets and sunrises were from the porch of the cottage. Would highly recommend their place, especially if you're visiting Hobbiton.

Great location to explore the surrounding area, and very easy to get into town for lunch or dinner. The property is spacious and clean; easy to find and easy to check in and out of.

We enjoyed staying at Jennifer’s and Graeme’s Bnb. The space is a good size and it’s in a separate building that looks out towards a lush garden. The building is in the back of the lot so it’s pretty quiet. Jennifer was very welcoming and even washed a load of clothes for us. ☺️ I enjoyed hearing Graeme’s stories about gold and silver mining in the area. We recommend this Bnb.
