Monthly Rentals in Waddell, Maricopa County

Beautiful area and home! I was able to bring my dog and we enjoyed the trails out back. Zack was very responsive and such a nice host. Would recommend anyone to stay here and def will keep this place in mind if I am back in the area. Thank you Zack!

This house is very convenient. 17 minutes from State Farm stadium, 1 block from driving range and pro shop, a very short way to Fry’s grocery store, hospital 2 blocks away

Newly built place. Enjoyed the stay. Really appreciated the snacks and attention to the details. Everything was great quality and the host was proactive to the point we didn’t need anything during our stay. Would definitely stay with Brittany and Scott again.

This house was located in a quiet neighborhood with a small playground near by for the kids to go to in the evenings. House was clean and not cluttered. It had everything we needed. The backyard was simple, yet super relaxing and a wonderful area for our boys to practice karate and run around. The only downside was the walls are pretty thin and don’t seem to have a ton of insulation, so we could hear quite a bit even with the doors closed. The child locks on the cupboards are a huge plus for people traveling with toddlers. We brought our own games (because we never know) and had a wonderful time. Definitely would stay again!
