This place was truly magical. Such beautiful vistas of Lipari, volcano island and the sea. Gorgeous sunrises every morning and sunsets only a walk or scoot away at the observatory. Ample space outside on the deck made indoor outdoor living seamless. We found ourselves saying this is perfect over and over.

Amazing experience thank you Ivan. A great place, clean organized and very comfortable. Exactly how it's presented and more. Tucked away in a complex with the real people of Sicily can't find this in any other fancy Hotel. Walking distance to everything, supermarket and the main street where you can taste the finest food and meet the local people. I booked this place for one month, and I loved it so much I decided to book another month. I highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very nice, super clean, and in a great location within easy walking distance to the town, beaches and the Port. Alessandro was a great host! He provided clear directions, lots of useful recommendations for the island, and he responded very quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The place is as described, frehly renovated and cosy! We liked the patio, and the young neighbour cat ;) The kitchen is small and with minimal equipment (no tea / minimal spices / oven and vapor vent were still missing due to ongoing renovation). The beds are comfortable, bathroom small but ok. We stayed 4 nights mid october - we had a lot of mosquitos & the nearby beach felt deserted...
