Exactly as described. There are 2 comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Only negative would be that there are not any comfortable chairs to sit in, in the airbnb.

Our stay at Nickie's Airbnb was truly outstanding! She is an incredibly accommodating and flexible host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and genuine kindness made us feel right at home. My coworker and I were just in the area for volunteer work. So mainly we just wanted a place safe and convienient to our location to sleep. The pool was so nice and clean and it was very private. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side for a swim. The bed was very comfortable. The decor was so cute and the homemade cookies were awesome! We met Dan one morning on our way out and he was very nice! Always responsive when we had questions . The location was easy to find and close to everything. The spot was perfect for our brief stay!

Carolyn’s place was the best place I’ve ever stayed in. They have an amazing backyard, I call it their “little oasis!” Carolyn was very easy to talk with! She made us feel right at home, even had snacks and drinks in our room. Their place was immaculate and was very cozy. If we needed anything, all we had to do was let her know! I’m so grateful we came across Carolyn’s place, while attending the NCA/NDA Nationals. Their place is very convenient and within 8-15 minutes of where we needed to be! Thank you guys for a great stay!!

Host genuinely wants his guests to enjoy themselves. The property was exactly what we needed for this trip. Host is a super friendly, very nice guy. Very welcoming. Courtyard/pool area is beautiful. Bed was especially comfortable and the linens were nice and soft.

This side unit with private entrance has a minimalist decor that gives a spacious feeling. Simple design with no overwhelming knickknacks or clutter. The white walls and blue accents give it a crisp and clean feel. It had everything I needed. Finding two water bottles in the refrigerator was a great start! The place was peaceful, private, and easy to access. Host was always ready to answer my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Anette’s place. It was the perfect size for our stay and very clean! It was a short walk to the beach, where we spent most of our time and a short drive to many restaurants and shops! I’d definitely stay here again!

The place was clean and very functional. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies and tools. Raven was very responsive to our requests.

The Cuartito was perfect for our needs, nicely tucked away and private. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Richard was very pleasant and responsive throughout our stay.

Loved this space! Perfect for my husband and I. Quite neighborhood. Enjoyed the king bed. Dresser spaces to place suitcases. Hangers in the closet. Everything in the home well signed so we could find what we were looking for. Such unique art and decorating. Felt right at home the before we even checked in because check in instructions were so clear. Host was responsive and clear on expectations. I hated to leave the space it was peaceful and comfortable. Two small steps in and then no steps once inside unless you need to use the washer- then one small step. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms had heaters which we loved since mornings were chilly. Taller toilets. This was important for old knees. Lots of towels/shampoo/extra blankets and sheets/extra pillows/toilet paper/laundry detergent, etc. I don’t buy anything extra and often we have had to do that. Beautiful yard work to see as you walk in. Plenty of couch and table space. WiFi worked great. Great experience.

This was our stay for our wedding and it was simply wonderful! Very peaceful and walkable area. We are truly thankful for the hospitality. The space was clean, cozy, and the bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Craig and Fancesca's place. It's very charming, clean, cozy, and has pretty much everything you need for a stay. Our host was very friendly and responsive with all communication. Location was great. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in a heartbeat. It was very lovely!
