Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

Gorgeous place with stunning views from the patio. Old city Dubrovnik was around a 15 mins walk away. Beautiful and well decorated interior too.

We had a great time here! It was so convenient for old town and all the amenities were nearby. So close to the port too. The hosts were great and we had an excellent stay here!

Nice place with a beautiful view. Very close to the old town, 10-15 minutes walk along the bay. Away from the noise. There are shops and a bakery along the way. The place itself was clean and it correspond to photos. The only feature that you may not like is the place is on a mountain and you need to climb. Everything else is just fine and fits. The host also offered to check in earlier, at a convenient time for me.

The accommodation has everything we needed

We stayed in this great apartment for 14 days. The sea is great, and you can just jump in at any time. The neighbors are mostly locals and vacation there with their families. All very nice and relaxed. Loving kids! Filip was always available for us and his mom is a sweetheart. She brought vegetables, crabs from the sea to see and always asked if she can do anything for us. We will be happy to come back at any time. Thank you for everything!

Nika's apartment is at a fantastic Airbnb located right in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town just beside Stradun street. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just steps away from all the historical landmarks, charming cafes, and picturesque alleyways that make Dubrovnik so special. It was such a treat to be able to step outside and immediately immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The apartment itself was very well decorated, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodated my early check in request. If you’re looking for a place with the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and charm in Dubrovnik, this Airbnb is a must! I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the best of the Old Town.

Fantastic stay in cavtat. Lovely hosts and very friendly. Everything was provided what we needed and lovely and clean. The location is perfect and really peaceful. Beautiful views and sunsets. Bar cool next door was always welcoming and great sandwiches. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay sad to go home xx

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

Me and my 70year old mum had a great week at Markos house. The way is directly by the sea and you have to step over some rocks and might get wet if it's too windy.Also there are many stairs if you want to go to the store so you gotta be quite fit. Just be prepared for an adventure. If you're there, its beautiful! If it's not too windy you can easily swim directly in front of the house,the water is clear and you can watch the stars at night and listen to only the waves and nature,really peaceful. I've stayed at many airbnbs before and met many nice hosts but I have to say Marko was just perfect.He picked us up at the airport by car and got us and our luggage to the house by boat.Went grocery shopping for us 2 times.Picked us up at the middle of the beach and got us home when we got lost on our way back on our first evening.Always easy to reach.Always really nice.He really did everything to make it as beautiful as possible for us.Thank you so much, Marko! Marija was so helpful to us from first booking the apartment to when we left the property. The property was very clean on arrival and everything was as described in the description on Airbnb. We had a wonderful holiday, the location is picturesque, beautiful and peaceful and it takes about twenty minutes by bus into Dubrovnik, car parking is expensive and difficult to find. A hire car is definitely advisable if you want to discover the nearby nearby area or venture to other countries. We visited Bosnia and Herzogovina and Montenegro which were both very interesting. Marija was the most helpful and friendly Airbnb host we have ever had. We hired a small hire car so we needed an additional taxi from the airport. Unfortunately the taxi driver misunderstood our address and we were dropped off in the wrong location and Marija did not hesitate to come and collect us and take us to the apartment. Book Marija's apartment you won't be disappointed.

It was in a beautiful location. Walking distance to Old Town is 15-20 min. I will definitely prefer Ado if it is available the next time I visit. The house was very clean and as shown. There was nothing missing. Ado was very friendly.

The views from Jelena’s place were simply stunning. The cottage was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a great stay. Communication was excellent with nothing too much trouble. The location worked well for us with a car to explore, but also well situated for the bus straight into the old town. We enjoyed some lovely dinners in local restaurants. The only thing to mention was that the local cats who enjoy the terrace so much (and incredibly friendly) made eating outside with our toddler difficult.

We felt very comfortable with Nenad! It is a great apartment with a nice terrace. The kitchen was also well equipped (we would have liked a casserole dish). Nenad was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had problems finding the accommodation (driving to Ljuta, do not follow the automatic directions). Otherwise, the location is great: a bit away from the quite full Kotor you can enjoy the view of the bay with a wine or beer. And in just 2 min walk there is a small concrete access to the sea. Clear recommendation! Thanks for the welcome beer in the fridge :-)

Great accommodation, very comfortable bed and sofa. The little beach at the bottom was great for a swim. Everything accessible by either the bus or Uber. It is quite steep from the beach back up and also to the bus stop but doable if your fit.

We had an amazing stay, the property was just as described and in a perfect location. We loved the terrace and it was right in the promenade. Natalija was amazing, really quick to respond and really flexible. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

We loved staying here and hope to return. The location was perfect, far enough outside the centre of Dubrovnik to be a slower pace of holiday. Everything was right on the doorstep, we enjoyed the walk around the bay everyday and swimming in the sea. The boat trip with Bruno was a real highlight and he took great care over our trip. We hired paddleboards on a couple of occasions too, it's very safe, calm and enjoyable way to explore the bay. Being upstairs the apartment felt quite private and has a lovely view from the balcony across the bay, we liked seeing the swifts flying around and the fish in the water too. Anita and family were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay and arranged airport transfers. The apartment is really modern and a relaxing place to stay - wouldn't hesitate to recommend, thanks so much for a great stay!

This airbnb was amazing - phenomenal location, fabulous/breathtaking views, walkable to everything, very comfortable beds, and the host went above and beyond. Due to unfortunate flight mechanical issues, we had last minute arrival changes (one at 11 pm at night) and the host Goga (the host) had to set up transportation for us at three different times (we were all supposed to arrive together earlier in the day). She was AMAZING to do that for us and so helpful during our entire stay. I am a host myself and have stayed in numerous airbnb's and think this one has been the best so far! Hope to come back and would happily be able to stay here again.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.
