Vacation rentals with beach access in Virgin Gorda

This is the perfect location for a very peaceful and restful stay on Tortola. The host was really good at communicating both before and throughout our stay. One minor issue with the bathroom basin plug was resolved straight away. The garden area, pool and small beach were all delightful, though loungers could do with an upgrade (a very minor matter). Fall asleep and wake to the sound of the sea and if you’re really lucky watch a pelican fishing right in front of you. We saw it most mornings and late afternoons during our stay. Probably best to have a hire car available though taxis easy to organise. We also used the local bus service, which was ‘an experience’, one I’m glad we had. Would we go back? It’s a very long way from Europe! But we both really enjoyed our stay and, though not as young as we used to be, would love to come again. We had some important communications to make during our stay and excellent WiFi enabled us to do it. Thanks Justin and all the staff.

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb on Tortola! The unit was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed, from a full kitchen to cozy outdoor seating. I left the doors open while I was there to take advantage of the lovely breeze. And while the unit has air conditioning O didn’t turn it on until I went to bed. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and full of local tips that made my trip extra special. Whether you’re looking to relax or adventure, this place is a perfect home base while you’re on Tortola.

We stayed at Sophie after one week sailing. We visited many beaches in Tortola but we found long bay the best. It is quiet yet has restaurants nearby, walks you can do (not easy in Tortola) like going to smugglers cove or Steele point. The apartment has all you can ask for including the much appreciated dishwasher, beach chairs and parasol. Beautiful views to walk up to. What a pleasure to sleep with the noise of the waves and sea breeze. We did not use AC once, slept well and rest. The Bach is easy and sandy, the sunset stunning. The communication with Sophie was easy and if we ever come back to Tortola we would want to come here again. We explored almost all bays in Tortola, each one has is charm but long bay has the best mix. Thank you Sophie for having us!

The villa sits on a hill overlooking a beautiful beach. An absolute stunning vista. Beautiful sea and sailboats in the distance. The outdoor area is large with a splashpool, beautiful flowers and greenery. An occasional visiting cat and chicken add to the island charm. Inside, the home is just as it is in the fotos. There is a full kitchen and gorgeous guestrooms. the area is quiet and peaceful. Sam is a terrific host and her staff. Very helpful, easy to contact.

My husband and I just got back from Donald’s place and we could not have loved it more. It was the perfect location, felt right at home, and had the best vacation. We rented a car for the first few days to explore the island, get ferries to Jost and Virgin Gorda, and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset dinner at Bananakeet, one of Donald’s recommendations. Donald’s home has everything you could possibly need, with the most comfortable bed and the perfect balcony for sitting out to enjoy the view. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back! I really love the place , it's really close to the airport. His communication is tremendous and I loved the fact that there is a really nice cofe on the same flat which made breakfast an lunch very easy . I travel regularly and often stay at Airbnb apartments and never had them place water for the guests but for this apartment I entered and the first thing I saw was water and this really warmed my heart. love your place

Spacious, air conditioning in the bedrooms (great for those like us that have trouble sleeping when it's too hot), with nice linen. Two bathrooms and hot water made for a more comfortable stay. Two couches to relax on, but my favorite spot was the balcony. Comfortable seating with an amazing view of Cane Garden Bay; a lovely way to start and end the day. I do recommend a stay here.

This is a wonderful little hideaway on a quiet beach near the west end. It’s quite modest and perfectly adequate for a couple or a single. Had everything we needed. Val the property manager was waiting for us on arrival and departure, very helpful. Sebastian’s is good food and entertainment. You can get a car from Rhonda at Sebastian’s. Do get to smugglers cove, you can even walk if it’s not too hot! Christian’s communication was great. Enjoy!

This place is a true gem of the BVI’S, a private cottage walking distance from the beach 🏖. Will definitely come back. Thanks for the hospitality

Ajit was very nice and generous with his communication. We had some problems with connections and confusion finding our way there from St. Thomas and Ajit was in communication with me the whole time, trying to help me figure out my way. We arrived to meet the wonderful Sonny, one of our highlights was meeting him and getting to know him a little. The views, sunsets, moon-rise, pool, sea, friendly rooster, snorkeling on the beach just below the property, amenities, everything was great. I did not realize the property is shared so closely with two other units, but we were lucky to not have a another guest below us, and never saw the other people in the detached unit below as theirs was more private and they had their own pool. Definitely recommend staying in the pool past 3:00 to avoid the no-see-ums! A highlight of our trip was going to The Baths. A must! Walked up the hill to the Sugarcane restaurant three times! Loved the view from Hog Heaven. The locals were so nice! Thank you!

Villa Amani was perfect and Michelle was exceptionally helpful with anything we needed. She met us at the airport and brought us to the house, went over all of the accommodations in the house, recommended restaurants and grocery stores, and even provided a couple Crash Pads (Splat Mats as she called them, which is now how we refer to them). The house has a pool, BBQ, full kitchen, and tons of room to lounge. It’s walking distance to the Baths Beaches and very close (short drive) to Coco Maya (our favorite restaurant in town). This is our first stay at Stargazer since Irma. We have stayed here a number of times. The restoration post Irma was very well done and there were a number of improvements which enhanced our stay. The main living area was opened up with expanded windows and doors and included a wet bar area. In our stays pre Irma we hardly used this room but spent most of our time in this room and surrounding decks during this visit. As noted in other reviews the drive up and down to the house requires diligence but it is less than 10 minutes. Basic boating skills are also essential during your stay. The house has all new bedding and outdoor furniture and is very well equipped and a true experience of what the BVI'S were like before they were "discovered".

Alvason's place was great for our brief stay and perfectly located. Beautiful gardens, a short walk to a quiet beach, great food and drinks at the bay. We would have stayed longer had we found it sooner. Definitely a hidden gem.

This is a great place to stay near the The Baths and Virgin Gorda. Beautiful location among the large stones with visibility from the front patio to the ocean below. There’s a private beach just a short walk away. They have free chairs to sit on at the beach. The office also has a commissary with all sorts of food and drink. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, however, the breeze was amazing in both the living and bedroom areas. The only thing to notice is that there is not a TV. So keep that in mind if that’s important to you.

Outstanding views, comfortable and relaxing ambiance. The location is situated near plenty of things to do and was stocked with all of the amenities.

From beginning to end Shan was responsive and helpful. I text him when we left the airport and we were met by a gentleman who opened up the condo. The place was immaculate. Bathrooms very clean. A/C wall units were on and it was nice and cool when we got in. There is a cute porch with a table and 4 chairs outside. Not a great view of the water but peaceful surroundings. Would have loved a couple of lounge chairs but it didn’t really matter…we just brought out two more chairs and had bfast outside. We swam in the pool which was nice and clean also. Very happy with the accommodations and if we find ourselves in Tortola again I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again.

Great location in the center of town. Nice pool. Nice patio looking out on the marina.

Beautiful condo just steps from the beach. The beach is beautiful appears to be for the use of condo and resort guests only and I don’t think there were more than five people on it the entire time we were there. Highly recommend this co do if you are looking for serenity.

Place is great for a couple to enjoy long bay. 5 minute Walk to two restaurants. spa is just a 2 minute walk. Dipping pool and patio even better than the photos!

Anna-Kaye’s condo was exactly what we wanted! It’s on a beautiful secluded beach with access to the Wyndham Resort amenities that’s located next door. Beautiful sunsets and sun rises each day. The condo is exactly as pictured and only steps from the beach. Michele was our local host and made sure we had everything we need to enjoy our stay. She arranged for pickup and drop off to the airport, provided us with a car rental, answered all our questions and provided numerous suggestions. Having a car, we traveled all over Tortola and did day trips to St John, Virgin Gorda, Jost Van Dyke, Peter Island and Norman Island. Perfect condo, already planning a return trip!

My best friend and I came for our 1st visit to Tortola, and we love Elms and Cane Garden Bay! We stayed in the Star Apple Suite, and it was perfect for us! Plenty of room, clean, and amazing balcony with wonderful views! Elvet was kind and helpful, and the live music a couple nights a week and the ribs were amazing! We loved many restaurants in CGB, and it never felt overcrowded to us. We will absolutely be back, and definitely stay at Elm Beach Suites!!
