Vacation rentals with beach access in British Virgin Islands

I had an amazing, peaceful stay here and Amanda is extremely helpful and responsive with everything! Especially about the ferry info. I do think there are miscommunications with the Long Bay resort pool which was slightly frustrating. The $50 use at the bar to utilize a jump on the pool or to relax wasn’t clear so it made it seem like I was doing something wrong and I was approached by resort staff. Thankfully I had an understanding staff member at the bar. Another group of people were extremely frustrated and left early, from a different villa. So I would just make sure that’s corrected before you go. The beach is beautiful and the 1748 Restaurant and coffee shop was perfect! No atm nearby so bring enough cash with you for the taxi etc. Everyone was extremely friendly.. definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway and I will hopefully get the chance to come again soon! :) Thank you!

This is a great place right by the ocean! We spent a lot of time just sitting there and watching the ocean. It's so beautiful! There are a few restaurants very close by, one of them is only about a minute's walk away. The AC makes the apartment very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, and then some. We are so glad we booked this place, and would definitely book it again if we ever come back to the BVI!

First of all, the hosts are amazing. Patricia followed up throughout my stay without “hovering.” Alphonso greeted me with patience (it was a long day of travel and my brain wasn’t functioning on all cylinders!) and a big smile. He suggested we get takeaway from Sebastian’s, an easy walk, before they closed for the evening. The food was delicious. The chicken wings are definitely hot…just as I hoped! Settling in was easy. I immediately felt relaxed especially on the porch listening to the neighborhood settle in and then for coffee the next morning. The beach at Apple Bay is clean, private, the water is stunning to look at and refreshing. Patricia and Alphonsos place is ideal for anyone who appreciates immersing themselves in an off the beaten path location. If you yearn to explore everything Tortola has to offer you can also rent a car directly with Alphonso.

Great place & great stay, everything you could want for an apartment and lots of equipment for being outside, towels, chairs, mask & snorkels ect ect….. The location is at the western end of the island on the north side, well away from any cruise ship action. Great beach is a super close walk.. plenty restaurants down that way as well.. at least 2 walkable… Tennis & Pickleball available in facility next door.. first class facility’s but pricy. If you are arriving at EIS and hire a car.. do not follow google maps! Follow Donald’s instructions, take the south COAST ROAD via Road town and down to west end of island, then cross over steep pass to reach north coast and location. (generally google maps sucks on this island.. be careful!)

I really love the place , it's really close to the airport. His communication is tremendous and I loved the fact that there is a really nice cofe on the same flat which made breakfast an lunch very easy . I travel regularly and often stay at Airbnb apartments and never had them place water for the guests but for this apartment I entered and the first thing I saw was water and this really warmed my heart. love your place

We would book with Michelle again at any time, she was so courteous and helpful and took care of all our needs. She even drove us to the supermarket and got us a SIM card for our cell phone, thank you for that. Michelle also gave us the rental car, a cool Suzuki Jimmy in very good condition, without any complications and the return also worked perfectly. Place was as described and close proximity to restaurants. Lucien was very responsive and easily accessible as I was having a little difficultly finding the location. The drive to the location was overwhelming since Tortola is very hilly but once arriving the view and the place is spectacular.

Nice and simple as described. Excellent and peaceful resort. Close to EIS and a great place to stay before and after our Catamaran charter. Jean was very responsive and helpful.

Our stay was fantastic. Stephanie's place is even better than the pictures. her place is beautiful and easy to get to. there is AC throughout the airbnb, not just in bedrooms. all beds were very comfortable. what especially stood out was the level of care and concern she and her family had during the tropical storm that passed through. They made sure we had enough water and even cooked for us when power went out! we did not expect that at all. Stephanie's place is definitely our top choice the next time we visit Tortola. she is an amazing host.

First time ever in BVI and could not have picked a better place to stay!! Absolutely epic location. We only left the house twice in the week-once to kite board and once for groceries. Amazing stay!

Beautiful house that was even better than expected. Was a great set up for 2 families to share the house on a surf trip. Great location near one of the best beaches and tons of privacy. The house was very clean and well maintained. Can’t wait to come back !

This is our first stay at Stargazer since Irma. We have stayed here a number of times. The restoration post Irma was very well done and there were a number of improvements which enhanced our stay. The main living area was opened up with expanded windows and doors and included a wet bar area. In our stays pre Irma we hardly used this room but spent most of our time in this room and surrounding decks during this visit. As noted in other reviews the drive up and down to the house requires diligence but it is less than 10 minutes. Basic boating skills are also essential during your stay. The house has all new bedding and outdoor furniture and is very well equipped and a true experience of what the BVI'S were like before they were "discovered".

Beautiful property. Loved the view! We spent 4 days on the property. Getting there: it’s hard because of the roads going up the hill. Lots of zigs zags, can get slippery when it rains. The price you pay to get the view. Property: very spacious home with four private bedrooms. The main living room is separate from all the rooms. Two rooms are one side of the property. Two on the other. Lots of decks to relax, play and cook. We never used pool but wish it had lights to use at night. The play area had games and ping pong table but they were moldy and looked outdated. As the description states, use LOTS of bug spray. They’re biting you and you won’t even know it. Overall, great property . Responsiveness: this is where the host was superb. We needed a car rental and he was able to get in touch with rental agency and have someone wait for us. He was able to help us order food because we didn’t have cell service. Very attentive and would reply fast. Great quiet stay that our fam enjoyed

This is an incredibly beautiful location. I have been to 64 countries, and this is my favorite view in the world. My wife feels the same way. The unit was spacious and comfortable, and the pool is nice. We never met Jonathan, but he and his right hand person Jube were incredibly responsive. Upon our arrival, Jube met us at a nearby location that we were familiar with, and took us to the unit. He then showed us around the unit. When we had an issue, Jube quickly fixed it.

It was the perfect getaway at Shan's place. The pictures look great, but wait until you see it in person. This was a breath of fresh air. Immediately, I felt at home. It was a great location for walking. If you had any questions or concerns, Shan was very responsive. There is no place else I would prefer to stay when visiting the island than Shan's place.

Another excellent stay; the property is ideally located for Road Town, and Shan and Priya are very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

This is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for privacy on a beautiful beach. The condo is situated on the corner of the property, offering stunning views of both the ocean and the jungle. While it can be a bit tricky to get to, it’s absolutely worth the effort. I recommend having a car unless you plan to stay put. I loved it! The solitude was wonderful, and having access to resort amenities was a huge perk. I spent several days on the beach and rarely saw anyone else.

From check to checkout Gregory has a host Louise that will meet you at the property and do anything to make your stay memorable. She will arrange a driver to pick you up when you arrive. The unit has everything you need, (minus oven) but has a large outdoor grill, with backup propane for any issues. Honestly who really needs an oven in Tortola, throw your fish or pizza on the grill! The plunge pool is awesome when coming home from the beach. We happened to be departing just before a tropical storm, and the team couldn’t have made it any easier! Beaches everywhere, total relaxation.

Elvet is wonderful and easily available for questions. The villa is on a great beach with lots of restaurants accessible from walking along the beach. There is also a supermarket nearby.

We loved it here. It is the perfect location halfway between Pier Park and the large Riteway grocery store. The condo overlooks Moorings charter. We used Conche Charter so it was a 5 minute cab ride from our sailboat. The condo is well-appointed with everything we needed. When we return to Tortola, this is the place we will stay. Thanks, Shan!
