Vacation rentals in Virgin Gorda

Lovely rental. David and Allison were great and highly responsive hosts. The room was small but sufficient. The AC worked very well. The kitchen is very basic but sufficient to cook for four. The oven worked well as did the cooktop and there’s a communal refrigerator. There was even a small cooler and beach towels for guest use. The location is relatively remote. If you don’t have a car there are no grocery or convenience stores within walking distance, both due to hills and distance. You should definitely stock up before you arrive. The beach is beautiful and excellent surfing when the waves are firing. Flaca’s Cafe and Sabastians are both excellent food choices.

We only stayed one night before heading out sailing but everything was perfect. Lovely location.

Can’t beat this location! 1/2 block from the Ocean and a great restaurant/bar - Sebastian’s on the Beach and Nardie’s Beach Bar - watch the surfers in Little Apple Bay and eat fabulous food! Try the fried cauliflower! - We took a fabulous scenic walk to Smugglers Cove 3 days in a row! Terrific beach with another great bar- Nigel’s Snack Shack’ The Surf Residence was super cool. Our room was cozy and private. There are 3 other private suites in the facility. The communal kitchen was outfitted with everything you needed. We made fast friends with another couple staying there and spent hours having coffee around the kitchen table in the mornings! I rarely stay places twice - but I would go there again! It would be super great for parents with married children! Or a 4 couples trip! And it has parking! If you rent every room ask if the bar room can be open! Another cool hangout! Thank you so much! We had the most wonderful stay at Apple Bay! The host was so helpful and we loved the space! The room was clean, well decorated and really peaceful! They went above and beyond to help us have the best time wether that be getting a car rental, surf boards or recommendations for the area. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful property, on a busy street. Walk to market was a bit dangerous.

Ajit was very nice and generous with his communication. We had some problems with connections and confusion finding our way there from St. Thomas and Ajit was in communication with me the whole time, trying to help me figure out my way. We arrived to meet the wonderful Sonny, one of our highlights was meeting him and getting to know him a little. The views, sunsets, moon-rise, pool, sea, friendly rooster, snorkeling on the beach just below the property, amenities, everything was great. I did not realize the property is shared so closely with two other units, but we were lucky to not have a another guest below us, and never saw the other people in the detached unit below as theirs was more private and they had their own pool. Definitely recommend staying in the pool past 3:00 to avoid the no-see-ums! A highlight of our trip was going to The Baths. A must! Walked up the hill to the Sugarcane restaurant three times! Loved the view from Hog Heaven. The locals were so nice! Thank you!

First, Debbie went above and beyond by meeting us at the airport and taking us to the car rental location that we had chosen. She then let us follow her to the grocery store so we could get basic supplies and not have to go out right away. She led us to the house and the allowed us to stow luggage and groceries before the cleaners completed their task. ABOVE AND BEYOND and so very rare to find that kind of welcome. THEN, we fell in love with the location, the layout of the house and patio and pool and the stunning views. We cannot say that we have ever stayed in a place more perfect for this kind of vacation getaway!! To top it off, one of our favorite restaurants for dinner was right there in Nail Bay and we also had a fun lunch place right up the hill with awesome views. Waking to the view from the upstairs bedroom was nothing short of awesome. Stars at night and so many beautiful boats in Nail Bay. Could go on forever but will simply say, if you can book it...DO.
