A very cozy place that allows you to live autonomously. The bathroom was my favorite part, big, clean and with a nice bathtub. A great experience.

This place is a great option if you want to be in Paris and want more space. The apartment is three blocks from the RER B line Laplace station and there are fast trains every 5 minutes into central Paris. The apartment itself is super clean and bright. It has windows on both sides of the spacious downstairs (which is above the ground floor) and feels very bright and airy. The place has been recently renovated. Upstairs is a sleeping loft with slanted ceilings and a skylight which opens. There's no AC, so I could see this getting hot in the summer. Also, the bathroom is on the main floor, so if you have to go in the middle of the night, you have to navigate the narrow stairs with no railing. Other than that, it's a great place for a longer stay in Paris, especially if you work remotely and need to work some days but also want to easily see Paris.

Everything was amazing! A real nice, clean and modern place where you can cook easily. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is well located (just a couple of minutes from the metro station, line 7), a big supermarket (Monoprix) is in 10 mins walk. A small supermarket and bakery are just opposite the house. The neighbourhood is quiet and looked safe even in late evening. The apartment itself appeared more spacious than we expected. Being there in winter, we appreciated it's warmth very much. Corentin is an extremely nice and helpful person. We haven't seen him but he was always ready to help and answered promptly. A few things to bear in mind: - Bathroom and toilet can't be locked up. - The sofa bed is quite short. It was good for my child (140 cm) but not for me (160 cm). - There are some fragile items in the apartment, so be careful if you travel with children. - If you prefer high and firm pillows, you may need to use two or three instead of one.
