The house is fantastically located by the sea. It is a maximum of 100 m to a small, simple sandy beach. The large Torre Lapillo beach is within a short walking distance. On the way is a local fisherman who sells freshly caught fish. Absolutely top sea and beaches - within walking distance or further kilometers of beaches in 5-15 minutes by car for variety! The house is well equipped, very clean and well-maintained. Large kitchen with everything you need, including oven, washing machine, etc… The courtyard is very pleasant, offering a cozy, wind-protected place to eat / in the evening. You will find a grill, an outdoor shower, enough chairs and umbrellas, also for the beach. Highlighting the great roof terrace with sea view! Restaurants are widely available. Francesco was always available with great tips and suggestions. Thank you very much Franco for your beautiful house and your very friendly service, we greatly appreciated it! We will be back!

Well-organized house with electric gate and space to leave your car inside the property. In any case, in front of the house, there is a large, very shady parking lot. The house otherwise matches what was described on the site. The area is outlying, full of houses for summer rentals, but quiet, out of the chaos of the coast and along a director that leads to Gallipoli and Nardó. Ah, last but not least, a great oven and a stocked supermarket

Great stay in this charming little house. The pool is a real plus! The accommodation is located 5 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches (Torre Lapillo) and 10 minutes from Porto Cesareo. The area is very quiet which is pleasant in the evening. Thank you so much to Filippo for hosting and availability!
