The place is definitely vintage beach place with space twist. It worked well for what we needed which was overnight stay for 13 people before a cruise and we actually got to see a launch which was amazing! My sister called it “artsy” and kids said it was “fun.” Weathered look with some patched areas on ceiling. Pros: super close to cruise terminals, visible space launches from house, reasonable prices, house has what you need, 10 minute walk to beach with a park along the way or 1-2 minute drive to beach access- straight from house no turns, plenty of parking space for 3 cars. Cons: make your own beds (bunk beds are bane of my existence), older home with wear/tear (not a bad thing just putting here for knowledge), water does not stay warm super long, lots of bed options were roll aways.

Absolutely lovely home! Very clean, great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

From the peaceful location and tranquil sound of the ocean's waves to the well appointed kitchen and the comfy cozy furniture and beds, Joanie's place was a perfect place to stay while visiting Melbourne Florida for our son's college graduation. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

This is our 2nd stay at Derek's home and it was wonderful! The house is very comfortable and one of the cleanest we've stayed at. The bed in the master is a Sleep Number and my husband, who has back problems, loved it. Our dogs enjoyed the secure, fenced backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable to the beach. Derek is so helpful- even sending a note to tell us about a rocket launch that we might want to watch. We love staying here and hope to do so again in the future!

We loved the place. It was a short, two blocks to the ocean with a stoplight to safely cross A1A. Lori was very responsive to any questions. She went over and above in providing extra amenities.

We stayed at Tim’s place for two nights before our cruise,it was great the backyard oasis was exactly what we were looking for. Everything that we needed was there and then some. Things labeled, clear set of rules for the house. The house was very clean and ready to go. My communication I had with Tim was great he got back very quickly and even let me know when he would be unavailable for a couple hours because of a flight. I would recommend Tim and this house to anyone looking in the area to stay!! We loved it!!

We arrived a few minutes early and Sondra was quick to respond and let us check in a little early. The home is in a great location. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. It has plenty of towels, dishes, and any other amenities you need. It was very clean and the backyard was amazing. A nice place to relax by the pool reading a book which the home also provided. I definitely would come back. And Sondra is a fantastic host. Also, loved the fact it had a gate around the pool. So, if you have kids or pets this home is it! Thanks, Sondra for everything!

We had rented this home for my family traveling to Florida for a family get together. The home was great and met all our needs. Grandkids thought the hot tub was awesome and they were able to sit in it and get to know one another since they live far away from each other. We would definitely rent again. Very peaceful neighbor, centrally located between major highways to beach, Orlando or Space Center. Host were very responsive to my questions. Easy check in and check out

This was a great spot to stay before our cruise! The place was spacious and clean. The host was also super friendly!

This townhouse was absolutely beautiful, and the views and easy walk to the beach can’t be beat! The kitchen had everything we could’ve ever wanted plus some. All the beach gear was provided for us to use, too! If we are ever back in the area, we’d stay here in a heartbeat.

Diana’s place is in a beautiful location, between the river and the beach. The accommodations are extremely clean, attractive and well cared for. This is truly a great place to stay!

Michael and Phoenix are wonderful host’s. Their home is beautiful, clean and welcoming you feel right at home. The views are incredible. The house was very stocked beyond our expectations. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Our family had an amazing time. There were 13 of us, over the holiday we had plenty of room, it is very spacious. The hot tub was an extra nice thing especially since it was too cold to go in the water at the beach. There are many extras. We made wonderful memories and you will too!!
