Monthly Rentals in Victoria Island, Lagos

I highly recommend Dr's place for your stay. The location is in a very safe (gated estate), quiet, and walkable neighborhood, and although easy to locate, I received clear instructions for finding it. Although it's a studio, it was surprisingly spacious with ample storage – perfect even if you're packing a lot or planning to shop. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with a large stove (4 burners including a very large one, WHAT!!!) and plenty of cookware (some of which can cook for 10). The water here is clean and can be used to cook and brush your teeth. I was thoroughly impressed with the accommodation (a massive king bed and gorgeous kitchen). Dr and his caretaker were both very responsive and available whenever I needed assistance. You won't regret booking this place!

The apartment is exactly as described in the photos. It’s in a prime & secure location with lots of supermarkets, cafes and stores only a few minutes away . We had a few minor issues in the beginning but all issues were addressed if not the same day- as soon as it was possible & I’d highly recommend this apartment to any working professional as It’s a great space to work from if you work remotely. I was able work from the apartment throughout the of my duration of my trip. The internet is high speed fibre optic & does not cut out when the light cuts out and was able to support video calls seamlessly. Okechukwu is a really accommodating and attentive host who goes the extra mile to ensure his guests are well accommodated. He also allowed me to extend my stay unexpectedly without any hassle which was very much appreciated. I would 100% stay here again & will definitely be recommending to friends & family.

The apartment is as described, spotless, modern, overall, very clean. It’s located in an excellent neighborhood. Olumuyiwa was very responsive and helpful to my needs. Check in was pretty straightforward as well. I will definitely be visiting again.
