Ash was a great host and very responsive with all the questions I had. We love the spa bath and rooms were spacious. Property very easy to find, right opposite the Lake House and walking distance to the lake, BP and local fruit & vege store. Would definitely recommend this place!

STUNNING! Absolutely love this place! Amazing view, spacious, fireplace, beautiful interior, great layout, perfect storage room for 3-4 bikes or skies. Perfect with bench at entrance to take your boots off. Ski boot heater a big plus! Everything you’ll need is in and around the house. LOVE the window seats! Will definitely book again!

Comfortable stay, place is clean, kitchen and dining is superb. Complete utensils, pots and pans, dinnerwares and serving trays, homey kitchen. Very organized, clean toilet and bath for each bedroom. Recommendable and the price is reasonable, location is right where you want it. Cabin experience is perfect for families specially after the “snow” activities. Dexter is very accommodating too.

Nine of us had a brief one night stay at Alpzview. The location is great and, we enjoyed the stunning mountain views in dusk and down. It offers plenty of space and amenities for a large group to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The place is clean and tidy. Hosts are very organised and responsive. You may find downstairs is little bit hotter during summer as the central air conditioner works only for the upstairs. All the bedrooms are upstairs, worth noting that especially if someone in your group has any mobility requirements. Some minor renovations and upgrades would be really beneficial to further uplift this gorgeous place. We would love to have an extended stay at Alpzview sometime in future.

Red Earth Lodge - secluded luxury in the Alps

We spent 3 nights at Red Earth Lodge and it was spectacular. For us it was the perfect location being just out of town and right at the base of Mount Buffalo. We were lucky enough to encounter plenty of wildlife on the property including the resident wombat, and an endangered greater glider. The cabin itself is impressive, and the wood fire was a lovely touch. We can’t wait to visit again sometime!
