Monthly Rentals in Versola

We were 5 in Alessandra's cozy house, 2 parents and 3 young adults. The house is very spacious, the bedrooms and two bathrooms are very large. The kitchen is well equipped. There are 2 fans and the 2 bedrooms downstairs are cooler and don't need them. The renovation is new and everything is very clean. The terrace adjoining the house is not very large but allows 5 people to eat. To get to the garden, you have to go down the stairs of the house, cross the narrow little street and take a path for a few meters. It's really very close to the house, a few meters, but for us it's not the same as having a garden right next to the house. We understood that it was the case but without representing things properly. We loved going to the river which is only a 10 min walk from the house. There are big stones to settle in and natural pools for swimming. What to see!

We had a great week in this hamlet with all the little treasures to discover nearby! House with its atypical and singular charm, a beautiful experience. We recommend the Appenins National Park with the lake of Santo Parmense, as well as the castle of Pontremoli with its amazing museum of steles. Definitely worth checking out! Very nice house, located in a super quiet area. Mario and his wife are extremely kind and helpful people, and we had a really great time. The house is impeccably maintained and has all the comforts of home. An excellent service: upon our arrival we found fresh water and juices in the fridge, as well as coffee capsules, tea bags and chamomile at our disposal. Also, there was a fireplace with wood ready to be lit, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. We really appreciated the fact that the heaters were already on, ensuring a warm and comfortable environment from the first moment.
