Easily one of the best rentals in Medellín. The location is perfect, providing quick access to Laureles and El Poblado. The building is modern, secure, and well-maintained. The apartment itself is luxurious, with a view that cannot be described in words. Lastly, Esteban is an incredible host—always responsive and attentive. He gave excellent recommendations and made our stay in Medellín ten times better than we could have hoped for. I would not hesitate to book with him. This listing is absolutely a hidden gem.

It’s exactly like the pictures and really such a wonderful property. The kitchen is fully stocked making it easy to cook. The doormen were extremely friendly as well.

Comfortable and pleasant accommodation, just like the images, it is very well equipped. Located in a good area, friendly and cordial host. It has all the kitchenware (rice cooker, blender, pots, dishes, etc...)

Great place to stay for a weekend. Lots of restaurants close and quiet after 10 pm.

This place was absolutely amazing. The 24/7 staff was truly always available and helpful in all our needs. Each room was spotless with exactly every amenity mentioned in the description. I would highly recommend this AirBNB to all my friends and family who visit Medellin.

I liked the space in this apartment. We had plenty of room to spread out. The furniture was comfortable and everything looked exactly like the photos. Access to the building was easy and felt safe. I really liked having the washer and dryer in the unit too. Overall it was a great experience.

Great location in Poblado and walkable to everything in that area. Spacious loft style apartment. If you will be up late on the weekends then the noise won’t bother you. Otherwise you will hear loud music reverberating through the walls until 4am.

the stay at Juan’s airbnb was a great experience, 10 out of 10. location wise there were many options of restaurants or groceries stores within walking distance. the interior was perfectly furnished as shown from the pictures. all the appliances worked great and in good condition. modern day comforts such as internet and hot water never gave any problems for the month stay i was there. if you are in search of a place to stay outside the touristy areas then this checks off all the boxes and will leave you feeling right at home.

Another great stay! We checked out of one of Carlos’ listings, and moved to this one with the jacuzzi. It was definitely a nice touch. We actually liked this one better, though we switched from a king to a queen bed. It was definitely worth the sacrifice lol

We were completely satisfied. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably furnished. Bars and good restaurants are within easy walking distance. I can recommend the place to anyone to spend a few nice days in a trendy neighborhood of the city.

This was my second stay here. Great apartment, felt like home and everything is like new. Location is private but easy walk to many restaurants and bars. Bed is comfortable and water for shower and Jacuzzi are as hot as you could want. This trip picked up groceries and by far this was the best set up kitchen of my many stay in Medellin. Host was quick to respond to some local questions and I look forward to my return to this apartment in the future.

Amazing Location, Comfortable Stay This apartment was perfectly situated in the heart of Medellin, right in the middle of all the best restaurants and nightlife. We were just a short walk from El Poblado. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was clean, spacious, and had a huge jacuzzi (though we didn't have time to use it!). The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable - honestly, some of the best I've ever slept on in an Airbnb. The check-in process was a bit challenging, but Thomas was very responsive. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fun and central location in Medellin.
