This apartment js located on the 26th floor (out of 27). Top of the tower with one of the most beautiful views of Medellin. Esteban was a great host. Our fridge stop working on day2 and Esteban immediately sent the technicians and the issue was handled. On day 5 we woke up to no water. Apparently somebody shut off the main valve down the hallway. Again, we contacted Esteban and he gave us instructions on how to turn it on. Overall it was a great place. I would highly recommend it.

The stay was amazing. The pictures dont do it justice. It looks 10x better in person and we had a great time there!

Fabulous views and incredible stay! This was the perfect hub to explore Medellín and it had all the comforts of home. The space was clean, modern and spacious (the walk in closet, in unit washing machine and second bathroom were convenient). Great wifi in the apartment and in the common areas of the building. Charles and his team were incredibly attentive and helpful. The location is walkable if you don’t mind hills, but quick and inexpensive Ubers are readily available. Having the amenities onsite was such a bonus. Particularly the restaurant, pool and gym. The building is incredibly secure, with face recognition to get inside and 24 hour security. I would definitely stay again and hope to be back soon! Thanks!

It’s exactly like the pictures and really such a wonderful property. The kitchen is fully stocked making it easy to cook. The doormen were extremely friendly as well.

Comfortable and pleasant accommodation, just like the images, it is very well equipped. Located in a good area, friendly and cordial host. It has all the kitchenware (rice cooker, blender, pots, dishes, etc...)

It was a great space, it is equal to the description.

I liked the space in this apartment. We had plenty of room to spread out. The furniture was comfortable and everything looked exactly like the photos. Access to the building was easy and felt safe. I really liked having the washer and dryer in the unit too. Overall it was a great experience.

Great location in Poblado and walkable to everything in that area. Spacious loft style apartment. If you will be up late on the weekends then the noise won’t bother you. Otherwise you will hear loud music reverberating through the walls until 4am.

the stay at Juan’s airbnb was a great experience, 10 out of 10. location wise there were many options of restaurants or groceries stores within walking distance. the interior was perfectly furnished as shown from the pictures. all the appliances worked great and in good condition. modern day comforts such as internet and hot water never gave any problems for the month stay i was there. if you are in search of a place to stay outside the touristy areas then this checks off all the boxes and will leave you feeling right at home.

Great apartment in perfect central poblado location. Close to all the restaurants and shops, very safe and easy to walk around. Helpful friendly family, would recommend.

Another great stay! We checked out of one of Carlos’ listings, and moved to this one with the jacuzzi. It was definitely a nice touch. We actually liked this one better, though we switched from a king to a queen bed. It was definitely worth the sacrifice lol

This was my second stay here. Great apartment, felt like home and everything is like new. Location is private but easy walk to many restaurants and bars. Bed is comfortable and water for shower and Jacuzzi are as hot as you could want. This trip picked up groceries and by far this was the best set up kitchen of my many stay in Medellin. Host was quick to respond to some local questions and I look forward to my return to this apartment in the future.

Second time staying at Carlos place. Excellent place to stay with group of friends. Everything is close by. Host is very responsive and friendly.

Amazing Location, Comfortable Stay This apartment was perfectly situated in the heart of Medellin, right in the middle of all the best restaurants and nightlife. We were just a short walk from El Poblado. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was clean, spacious, and had a huge jacuzzi (though we didn't have time to use it!). The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable - honestly, some of the best I've ever slept on in an Airbnb. The check-in process was a bit challenging, but Thomas was very responsive. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fun and central location in Medellin.
