This apartment js located on the 26th floor (out of 27). Top of the tower with one of the most beautiful views of Medellin. Esteban was a great host. Our fridge stop working on day2 and Esteban immediately sent the technicians and the issue was handled. On day 5 we woke up to no water. Apparently somebody shut off the main valve down the hallway. Again, we contacted Esteban and he gave us instructions on how to turn it on. Overall it was a great place. I would highly recommend it.

Great location for tourists with a beautiful Colombian outdoor feel. The heated jacuzzi and AC were great, and the home was gorgeous at night. The nearby restaurant adds to the lively atmosphere, though you might hear some noise and food smells (burning) until midnight. Occasionally, we noticed people from the restaurant glancing into the courtyard as they opened the door. The home was clean overall, though the plastic furniture and tableware made the kitchen feel less fresh. A small brown crunchy thing on the bathroom counter gave me the ick, but nothing major. Beds were comfortable, though only sheets and thin blankets were provided. The kitchen had everything except an oven, and having three bathrooms plus a washer dryer was super convenient. El Poblado is a 10-minute walk, but we preferred Ubers at night since the walk was dark at night. The host was very responsive and even had batteries delivered for the TV remote on the first day. We stayed over a week and really enjoyed it!

It is a very pleasant environment, it has everything you need for a short stay and is very well located, very nice space.

The place was a lovely space that was perfectly clean! Felipe and business partner were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful!! The space was perfectly big enough for the four of us! While there was some noise at night which the hosts warned us about, it really wasn’t bothersome at all! :) also a lovely my balcony! Perfect stay!

Very convenient and complete. The location is impeccable, within the walled city. Easy to move on foot. An excellent experience, I definitely recommend it.

This is a great place to stay that is not near all the clubs but close enough if you want to go. It’s walking distance to the beach and has vibes like south beach. Plenty of restaurants, banks, supermarkets in the neighborhood. Way better than walled city because nobody is bothering you every single block.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The place was impeccably clean and smelled delicious. Melany was amazing, always attentive to us and providing exceptional advice. Additionally, the space is very spacious, perfect for our family of 5. The reception service was also excellent. The location is perfect, right by the sea, with shops and restaurants, and only 13 minutes by car from Getsemaní. Without a doubt, I will consider returning for my next vacation. Highly recommended!

“CENTRAL PARK WEST” of Medellín. First the area was absolutely beautiful. With trees and greenery everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great restaurants, malls, gyms in close proximity. Now the place: very rarely do you find an Airbnb that exceeds the pictures. This place does it. The place is bigger than the pictures show. The SPA area within the apartment was phenomenal. Modern appliances. Great lighting. 24 hour security. Pool table, video games. Easy check in and check out. No complaints. Only compliments! Now the host: Sean and his team were phenomenal. Always responsive. Proactively checks in. Very knowledgeable of the surroundings. I had a an emergency meeting at work and Sean allowed me to check in 3 hours early. In order to log in. In conclusion: I have been to many airbnbs over the last 10 years. “POUND FOR POUND”, Sean’s place is the best! Whenever I am in Medellín, I will always look for Sean’s place. I highly RECOMMEND. 👍🏾👌🏾

Everything was great. Great location, Cold AC, fast WiFi, great staff, and close to beach, restaurants, stores, and grocery store. I would definitely stay again.

Area is walkable. Super close to the mall. Apartment was clean and had plenty of space. Would stay here again!

Staying at Brisa was amazing! Gloria was very responsive before arriving to San Andres to ensure we had a ride to the house. Upon arrival Rosa took great care of us with beach, food, and buggy rentals! They made the stay so lovely and relaxing. We will definitely be back to Brisa when we come back to San Andres!

gratis place... spacious and super clean

The views are breathtaking. The location is great so most rides will be short. However the photos make the place look a lot larger than it is. It gives more of a cozy vibe.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was stunning—cozy, inviting, and truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony were beautifully designed and had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. We couldn’t have asked for more! I’d 100% recommend this gem to anyone and would love to return for another stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! They even left us a couple of snacks, for free!!

Great apartment in the heart of poblado. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean and good for the three of us. Host was very responsive answering all questions and giving us great recommendations.
