Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Ventura County

We loved staying here. A perfect location for easy access to the beach and the Ventura area. Don’t let the location near Von’s grocery store and Starbucks concern you – it’s amazingly quiet and peaceful considering the location. That also meant it’s incredibly convenient to pop around the corner to pick up supplies :) The house itself was immaculate and calmly decorated, while the kitchen had great supplies, including nice pots and pans. Across the street, we liked the cafe and the Thai restaurant (we also loved the original Rice Mama Thai downtown). Sarah was also very responsive. We hope to stay here again!

Staying at Middlebury was a great experience overall! The amenities, the pool and the view were well worth the experience. The rooms are spacious well decorated and accommodated our group very nicely. Would absolutely recommend another visit to this home next time I am in the So-Cal area!

A Perfect Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at this charming rental! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was cozy, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail. Every comfort you could think of was thoughtfully provided—from the fully stocked kitchen to the soft, luxurious linens. The beds were incredibly comfortable; we all slept so well! The whole process, from booking to check-in, was seamless, and the owners were a pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. It’s clear they’ve put so much care into making this home a special place for guests. Although it’s conveniently close to the beach and some great restaurants, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the house—it was just that lovely and relaxing. All the extra touches truly made this feel like a home away from home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

This home is a beautiful retreat for anyone visiting the Los Angeles area. The house is suited well for families and is well set up to make you feel right at home. It doesn’t feel like a rental but rather a beautiful home. It’s close to a park and the neighborhood itself is very walkable. Short drive to Los Angeles and patio is super private and scenic.

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, being super responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! We stayed at Joseph's place for a whole week, it was perfect for our visit. We used the pool and hot tub every day, Joseph heated the pool and hot tub for us with a very reasonable fee. The pool and hot tub were super clean and were lit at night, provided a serene ambiance at night. We especially loved the deep end of the pool and all the pool toys that came with the house. There are plenty of chairs and tables in the backyard for relaxing and family gathering. The most special part of the backyard is the privacy, this house stood at a corner with almost no neighbors around, makes it a great family vacation place. I also appreciate how pet friendly this house is. The interiors of the house are also great, with 3 different living rooms to chill out. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are very comfortable and clean. Also loved the desks for working, Joseph even provided two external monitors for us to use. We would definite come back in the future.

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

This was our second year staying in this place. We absolutely love it. The views and sunsets cannot be beat. The home is private clean safe lots of space and great activities. My kids love playing pool great for family barbecue. Rooftop views of the ocean make it worth every penny!

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Patty’s house. Her house is so warm, welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked. What a treat to be able to cook family dinners during our stay! The location is peaceful, serene and convenient to hiking, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Thank you Patty!

Peaceful and cozy cabin in the PMC. Surrounded by birds chirping and squirrels jumping. The open layout of the Yay Frame was airy and freeing. The LG bluetooth soundbar was a nice addition that sounded great in the cabin. The pellet furnace took a bit of time of learning to get used to how to start it up, but was not an issue after learning. Joy was very responsive and welcoming! Would come back again.

This cabin was a nice little getaway in Pine Mountain. We had a peaceful time, and enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. We will definitely be back. Thank you Denlin!

An amazing home away from home experience with lots of coziness and gorgeous surroundings. We are so happy to had found a hidden gem only an hour away from L.A. The cabin was easy to find. It was also very clean and private. We enjoyed the backyard and water creek very much. We can't wait to be back again. Thanks again Mona!

Our visit to Asher’s cabin was probably our favorite cabin visit yet! The place is beautifully constructed and decorated, so it was such a pleasure to just relax and take in the look and feel of the place. Despite being listed as a “tiny” cabin, it had everything we needed - an amazing fireplace, smart TV, video games, guitar, everything needed to cook, and all the stuff needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the torch he had for the fireplace and how it made starting a fire extremely fast - this is a hack we will definitely never forget. We made good use of the hot tub and it was nice that it was pre-heated and just outside the back door so that it isn’t a long walk in the cold before getting to the hot tub. Asher was very communicative and provided good recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It had everything needed for two people to have an amazing stay - we can’t stop talking about how great our stay was and highly recommend to anyone interested in it!

The hosts are super sweet & were very nice & clear about what the stay would be like! The place is beautiful, perfect for a staycation/work from home week that I had. Pine Mountain Club itself is so nice & welcoming. I had a great time!
