Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ventura County

Bryce’s place was amazing! Super chill vibes, incredibly comfortable beds, and the perfect spot to relax. Pablo Escobark is the cutest little guy, and Miksy is just as adorable. Loved every minute will definitely be booking again!

Thank you for a perfect stay. This was one of the best Airbnb stays I have had. Franci and her husband were both great. The space was very clean, and comfortable. The backyard was full of springtime delight. The neighborhood was beautiful and in close proximity to everything. I would love to stay here again when visiting Ojai.

Laura was an incredible host well before we even checked in. So friendly and responsive over the app. Her place is pet friendly (traveled with a cat), she also has two very cute cats and a loving dog in her home. Her backyard is an oasis with a wonderful hot tub, lounge chairs, and a pool (seasoned, did not use due to weather). Towels are provided We were extremely grateful for the early luggage drop off. She does provide coffee (keurig) as well as access to a microwave/toaster. Many good restaurants in the area as well as many grocery stores. The bathroom was pristine, there is a bidet, a great shower, and dual sinks. The bed was so comfortable. Best sleep I’ve had in weeks. The room is very spacious. The private entrance was excellent especially early am/late pm as to not disturb the host/family. The area was safe. Ample free parking. I would recommend this host/place for any friends/family I have Travelling to Thousand Oaks area! I would also give 10 stars if I could

Heather is a super guest. My 2nd stay at her place was more comfortable, as I stayed here before. All the amenities were perfect as always! It was a total private room and served the purpose for me. Heather made crispy waffle one day for breakfast and they were die for. I chatted with her boyfriend while enjoying waffles for a litter bit. I was mostly out of the place with my kids but I enjoyed my sleep too at Heathers place. I would recommend this place to everybody!

This was a great stay. Peaceful, quiet and amazing view of the hills. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!

shoshana and rick are the sweetest! felt like i'd known them for years; the experience is reminiscent of staying with dear relatives you haven't seen in awhile. they value their guests and it really shows. very cozy room in a beautiful home, with gorgeous surroundings. i had a great night's sleep breakfast + coffee in the morning was the cherry on top :-)

Jim and Adriana are amazing host - very pleasant and personable. They make you feel immediately at home. The breakfast was delicious and their recommendation for dinner was spot on!!! Looking forward to our next visit with them.

The Old Bear is so cute and welcoming, as are Adriana and Jim! The rooms are decorated wonderfully, Adriana cooks a wonderful breakfast and was graciously accommodating of our dietary needs. If they were to open another B&B I'd go there just for them!
