Fantastic spacious property in a great location! Everything was clean and well organised and check in and check out were both very easy - Sara even reached out to us to let us know that we could check in early as the property was ready if we wanted to :)

My elderly parents and I had a lovely time at Carl's. Carl was helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. The view was amazing and we had great fun spotting ships on the horizon. Also perfect location for stargazing.

If you are looking to find fault, it won’t be possible at The Salt Shack. The house is lovely, and in a great location. Everything was exactly as I expected and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, lovely linens. I could go on and on about how great this property is. Lovely hosts, so responsive on messages. For those wheelchair users out there like my husband, it had everything that we needed. We will be back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the fabulous outside space.

Maggie has a lovely house overlooking the water in Bosham. It is very well equipped and has very comfortable beds. Bosham is a very beautiful place where I could watch the tide come in and out all day long! Easy to park in the public car park just around the corner and there is a charming pub and nice cafe a very short walk away. Great for exploring other villages on Chichester Harbour and for visiting the lovely beach at West Wittering. Very peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed our short break. I would definitely recommend Maggie's house.

Lovely ground floor flat with easy access. Views of the sea and 5 mins walk to beach. Super comfortable and warm, even had bowls for the dog . Great stay

Quiet little corner of the coast. Whether you’re after somewhere to just get your head down or want a longer stay location, this is well located for all of Portsmouth has to offer. Just 100 yards from the beach it is a great place to stay

Beautiful house, the large dining table and upstairs sitting room meant it was great for spending time with family. Thoughtful little extras like fresh milk in the fridge, and useful things like dishwasher tablets in the kitchen meant we didn’t have to go out and get everything for a 3-night stay. We felt like we were staying with friends!

Great accommodation, high spec, warm and clean. Good information and communication. Great to have direct access to the sea and very dog friendly, although please note you can’t walk by the sea along the coast in both directions so needed to use the car and only one parking space. We’d stay here again to enjoy the outside balcony when it’s warm. Thank you.

The mobile home was in an excellent location for the area. It had everything we needed for a family stay, loved that children were catered for with cutlery, plates, games and lots of Peppa Pig books :) everything we needed could be found in the home. Quiet site and we could see the stars at night! The actual holiday park amenities are great, lovely indoor facilities and entertainment for children, we loved the disco for kids. Nice indoor pool. Only downside is that the onsite laundrette was closed, as access to washing machine was necessary with small children. But found one near by in the closest town Highcliffe. Great place to take bikes and children’s scooters as site huge and good for both.

Lovely holiday home, lots of attention and care at this accommodation. The beds were super comfy and the sheets were lovely and soft. The lodge has everything you need and more. Also great location as Mudeford is just around the corner and great club house on site to keep kids entertained. We all had a great stay including the dog. Thank you.

Outstanding. Sums up our stay in Julie and Paul’s property. Throughout the booking process Julie has kept in contact. A brilliant host and her description of her property was spot on. It was certainly a joy to stay here. The previous reviews were all positive and rightly so. My wife Tracy and me wholeheartedly agree. We will most certainly request to stay here again in 2025. We had a fab stay at Marks static home, It is located in a nice spot on the campsite with parking right outside, Lovely large decking area, good quality furniture, the home is nicely decorated with good quality soft furnishings and bedding, the kitchen is well equipped and spacious, Mark was very good at communicating and happy to answer any of our questions , the campsite Was nice and quiet and well kept grounds, well enclosed dog exercising field, great child and adult evening entertainment would definitely recommend Mark static home 😁.

We arrived late at night in the dark and Dan provided very helpful instructions and maps. He was also flexible re check out time which helped us out.

We had a fantastic stay at Whitecliff Bay, the caravan was exactly as described/pictured on the Air BnB site. It was very clean and tidy, and had all the essential items there that we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfy and the Wifi worked well. The location of the caravan is very handy for the facilities on site, and so easy to get to all the various days out on the island. Crystal was very quick to respond to any messages before and after booking. Overall extremely happy and would definitely recommend the caravan to anyone else looking to book.

Arranged this stay as a early xmas family get together. When we arrived the house was warm and inviting. All we could possibly need was there for us to use. Our party was 6 adults 4 children and a baby Plenty of room for us all to gather together Everything we requested was set up for use Bedrooms very comfortable and lovely modern bathrooms Welcome pack was a lovely surprise and very tasty Had a great weekend and would definitely recommend as a lovely holiday break

The Cottage is in a great location with fantastic views of Cowes Harbour and across the Solent. The property is clean and tidy. The main bedroom has a balcony and great views. The other bedrooms are clean and functional. We enjoyed having our breakfast in the sun on the deck overlooking the harbour. The kitchen is as new with everything we needed. We stayed during festival week and may book again.

Jane was very quick to respond to any questions. The Gables is a stunning house that was ideal for a major birthday celebration with family. What a great entertaining space. We've visited the West Witts beach many times but it was great to be able to walk there.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We found the house to be impeccably clean and comfortable. The large hot tub seemed brand new and the dart board and pool table were put to good use. TVs in all bedrooms. Very well stocked kitchen with high quality pans etc. lovely American fridge with ice/crushed ice and cold water. Great location. We would definitely stay again. Thanks so much

Kate was a fantastc host from start to finish. She responded quickly to any questions asked and sent clear instructions regarding access to the property prior to our visit. She was also very quick to respond when we contacted her about something we were unable to locate upon arrival. This was sorted quickly and efficiently. The property was incredibly well equiped and very comfortable and spacious. It was also lovely and peaceful with a view of the sea. We were a family group of 8 our ages ranging from 7 months to mid 60's. This property worked well for all of us and we had the most amazing stay there. We would thoroughly recommend this property and would like to thank Kate and her team for making sure we had everything we needed.

A squeaky clean and modern, spacious house with five large double bedrooms and open-plan kitchen-diner with super comfy lounge areas to socialise. The well-equipped kitchen has all the mod-cons. Just a few minutes walk from the beach for lovely walks and restaurants within walking distance or easy to cook at home. A great spot from which to explore the Witterings. A very quiet, peaceful area, though the seagulls can up quite early!

First time booking an Airbnb, however from the initial booking to checkout, we were very impressed. The communication was excellent and the chalet was easy to find following their instructions. Once inside the home from home it was immaculate, beds were comfy and linen fresh. There was ample hot water and heating. We would not hesitate in booking again or recommending to others . The area was quiet and the recommendations for restaurants/ cafes and shops were helpful.
